The room was comfortable and all the necessary amenities are provided. There was also a nice pool on the top floor that offered a nice view far away. The location of the hotel was pretty good as it was near a couple of local coffeeshop that serves nice delicious local breakfast kolo mee. A short grab ride around 4-6rm away was chinatown that we explored. This was a short trip to attend a friend’s wedding dinner. Hence the exploration was short n simple. We shall stay here again if we come back to kuching for our next trip.

Overall, it was a great stay 👍🏻the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. I also loved the beautiful view. However, I noticed a false eyelash on the blanket on my last day, which made me unsure whether the sheets or blanket had been changed before my stay 😬especially since I don’t use false eyelashes. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. Also, it would be even better if the breakfast had more variety. Still, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Miri city, right in front of the Seahorse Waterfront. My room, which was upgraded as my original booking was full, faced the river and offered a stunning view, especially during sunrise and sunset—a gesture I truly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly with the added benefit of 24-hour gym access. The gym facilities and equipment were impressive compared to those in other hotels I’ve experienced. I will definitely return, not only for the excellent amenities and facilities but also for the outstanding service provided by the staff in taking care of their guests.

Very good counter service . Our original booking was city view , we requested and the lady is happily upgraded us to River view, it was such a wonderful experience. Breakfast is good. Sadly it’s was a holiday in Malaysia when we were there, so restaurant is packed with people. Today I managed to use their gym., it was excellent, gym is well equipped with all the necessary equipments. Will definitely come back again next time .

Friendly staffs & allow early check in provided room available that day. Room a bit small & in my opinion, sofa & coffee table not necessary so that got place to put big luggage. Love the bathroom tiles colours but wardrobe inside the bathroom seem inappropriate. Anyway comfort & nice stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend staycation. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view, especially at night. I also enjoyed the TV, which had plenty of free movies to choose from. However, the toilet was a bit smelly and not very clean, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear kids playing and screaming in the next room quite clearly. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but the food served was still delicious. Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice for tourists who want convenience and a nice view, but maybe not the best option if you’re looking for a quiet or intimate vacation.

One of the best hotels in Kuching! Perhaps one of the hotels that provides private & top notch security parking areas. For breakfast, they provided both continental and local food. Not forgetting the friendly and helpful staffs too!

We stayed on the fifth floor, and the room was facing the river. Overall, there is no issue in the room. Breakfast is moderate, and the same goes for staff services.

Room is clean & well maintained. Location is in the middle of the town. Plenty of local food along the road near to hotel.

The place was really clean and looks exactly in the pictures. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the location is very close to the shopping mall. Would definitely revisit here when I have other business trips.
