The hotel is nice and probably some of the best you can find in Namibia.
Staff was very nice, but a little bit of training on the tours they sell or wine menu could help.
Things I did not like but maybe typical for the country
Bad wifi
Showers can not be regulated scolding hot or cold
No phone in the room to reach reception
No a la cart restaurant options only buffet

GGuest User15 times here stayed with groups on a trip to Namibia. The rooms are large, bedding is very nice. The rooms in a large building (with a large bed) closer to the restaurant, and look newer than those longer in the houses, on the hill. But there's a view of the sauna. Generally good there. Especially after the rain. Adequate price for the room. There was a bad smell in the room, but the room was replaced.
