The hotel is located by the lake and is uniquely located. Open the window, it is the blue wave of the lake, the mountains in the distance are rolling, the clouds are lingering, like a natural ink painting. In the early morning, I was awakened by the first ray of sunlight and birdsong, opened the curtains, the lake was sparkling, the mist was light, like a dream. In the evening, sit on the terrace or on the lake benches and enjoy the sunset. The sky is dyed bright orange and red, and the lake is reflected in the sunset, which is suffocating. The room was not warm and the toilet glasses were very loose. When we indicated this, good action was taken. This was just good. The service was also clean and friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was certainly not good. Basic dishes were already quite at the price you have to order vegetables and potatoes or potatoes. Then it becomes very priced. The portions were very small and partly not at temperature. Really a cutter. So, hotel good, restaurant not good in food.
Decent sized room, reasonably priced. Although we didn’t have dinner there (attending a concert which ended much later than the dinner service), the option was available.
Comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom had a generous sized walk in shower (very easily accessible for visitors with limited mobility.
Although other guests had alleged issues regarding the renovation works, we were fortunate that this didn’t affect our stay. The hotel appears to have taken onboard earlier reviews mentioning tired decor - we can attest to the fact that the hotel are implementing some significant improvements.

The location was good, the bathroom wasn't smoking at arrival fresh, to a dirty toilet, as if he hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and after we had indicated it, they made some chlorine in it, the room was okay, nothing special. The stick to hang your bath jacket was broken and the stick on the windows were all unlocked. They all looked a little old and fell. Minpoints because there was no water cooker or coffee option in the room.
Breakfast is OK, parking is free, just opposite the hotel. Dinner is also good, order your own food. Ctrip charges already include tax, but the hotel has once again received it, hateful! Repeated communication, Ctrip did not solve!

Amazing
The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and I enjoyed having coffee in the room. The hotel had good facilities, like a gym and a nice pool, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it!
My week spent at the Hotel Pauw was good. It was located in the city of Nijmegen and was within walking distance of groceries and shops. It is very accessible to Primark, TKmax and other branded shops. The room was spotless. The only downside of this hotel is the poor and unstable Wi-Fi connection, and there was no room dining service. Although you can order food delivery, they did not allow it to be delivered to your room.
