Hotels With Breakfast in Oslo County, Norway

This was an awesome location hotel and loved that it included free breakfast with as expensive as Norway is this definitely took one expense off our minds. Was in a good location to food, the Oslo train and bus station and more. Also across the street from a little store for those late night munchies

The tram stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient. In fact, most of the main attractions in the city center are within walking distance. The breakfast was very hearty, and we had a wonderful two days in Oslo.

Location: Not the location of the city center, it is very convenient to find according to the navigation. It is very suitable for the transit hotel. There is a large parking lot next to it. Free. This is very satisfying. Room facilities: small area, small bed, but it seems that the Nordic bed is not big, the sofa in the house is very soft, breakfast is charged separately because the next day the flight is early, so there is no time to enjoy.

The hotel’s location is superb, right by the Oslo S train station and by the main shopping district and main sights. Hotel itself seems rather old. The bathroom especially felt like something out of the 1980s. It was small and water pressure was weak. Also there was no bath mat provided, nor any tissue paper, and no amenities like toothpaste toothbrush or shower cap. As we had paid for a larger room, our room was spacious. But it was noisy from people shouting in the street below even at late hours. Also the hotel did not turn on its central heating nor air conditioning. So the room felt stuffy and you would have to open a window. What saves the hotel is the excellent service. Staff were accommodating on requests we made, including for a takeaway breakfast box on our last day as we were taking an early train.

Delicious meal. Comfortable beds although the room becames too small if you need an additional bed. Very small bathroom, specially for tall people.

Lovely hotel, I always choose a Thon Hotel when travelling in Norway, because of their warm service. The workers are very nice and helpful. At check-in they upgraded us for free and they gave us wine glasses at request. The breakfast was very nice with large seating area, super friendly workers again. The food was great. The location is right next to the royal park, close to the tram and metro. Would definitely stay there again!

We usually travel for work and its important that there is parking space for big cars and a solid breakfast. This hotel got both . Very nice hotel with friendly people

The location is relatively remote and not very downtown, but the air around it is very good. There is a subway just a short walk out of the city, so it's OK. The only thing is that the room is a bit dark, but you can open the window for fresh air and it feels pretty good.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. Breakfast was also very good, quite generous for European standards. You might want to try the liquid fish oil, but be warned, it's a bit fishy – I decided not to buy it after tasting. The hotel is super close to the train station, just a short walk away. I also appreciated the secure elevator system; you need to swipe your card on the ground floor before you can select your floor. They even upgraded my room to one with a sea view! I'm extremely satisfied.

The hotel was in the city center and really convinient. Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better.
