My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

The location is convenient, with a straight road leading to the square. The room has a large terrace with a great view of Kus. The breakfast selection is very rich and has traditional Inca flavor. The overall feeling is good and worth recommending!

I stayed at this hotel to go to Machu Picchu ruins. The staff were very friendly, the dormitory beds had curtains, and it was a very comfortable hostel. The accommodation fee was also cheap, so I recommend it!

Originally, I felt that the hair dryer was not the configuration of each room. I came back later because there was no room and changed a hotel. The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

Victor and Maria, the owners, were very hospitable. They made sure that their guests are comfortable and even went beyond by providing us anti-altitude sickness meds when we started having symptoms! The breakfast was delicious, we had packed snacks when we left early for Machu Picchu. The king bed room is nice and cozy, with modern bathroom. We felt very welcome and cared while we were in Cusco! Highly recommended to everyone visiting! The reception is also open 24hrs.

The place is a hidden gem in Sacred Valley. If you get the chance to visit during Christmas you will love it. Yucay becomes the action point of the valley for 3 days you can enjoy a very festive experience with local traditions and masks. Location is great, near everything. Also the owner and all of the people there are so friendly, it gives you a nice family vibe when staying there. I will definitely come again when revisiting Sacred Valley:)

The room was clean. The hotel is right by the river, so the sound of the rushing water is a bit noisy, but you get used to it. The hotel is a bit far from the town square, making it relatively quiet. Breakfast was good, with welcome drinks served from morning till night. I didn't take any pictures of the room, but I snapped a few photos of the outside of the hotel, which I've attached. Remember to bring slippers.

This is the style I want. You can pet alpacas for free. But the room lighting is too dim, which is a bit uncomfortable. Then on the day of arrival, something went wrong and the hotel couldn't find my order. A young man at the front desk of the hotel actually said it was not his fault. Do not think twice to stay here, just book it! Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly. We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :) Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city.
