"Easy to find, straightforward check-in and checkout. Rooms are small but neat with a window and AC (summer). The mattress in mine should be due for changing and the arm chair was heavily stained and needed a good shampoo. Some basic maintenance work is required, outside regular housekeeping.
The bathrooms are spacious but since they are shared it could use some extra hooks or clothing racks to keep your stuff."

A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

The check in process is slowest I have seen. Checkin time is at 2pm I tried to checkin at 2pm I was told room is not ready. I said what time will it be ready response was I don’t know. I said checkin time is 2pm I want to checkin after waiting 20 mins I was handed a key card.
Only 1 lift working so can take a long time to get to the room.
WiFi was good, the restaurant is decent. The shuttle times on the display is wrong but no one cared.

Guest UserI stayed here for two weeks, and it was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. The property was exceptionally well-managed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every staff member was professional, attentive, and respectful.
As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is incredibly important, and the team made me feel secure throughout my stay and while conducting business. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Very good overall. Excellent location especially for anyone attending rugby league match as hotel is right next to stadium. Only issue was there was no representative at the airport on arrival to arrange transfer to hotel. However, other representatives contacted the hotel and the transport arrived

Guest UserWe went to the hotel to check in but the room type we selected was fully booked, the receptionist was very nice, she upgraded our room for free to their apartment suite. The apartment had three rooms, WiFi, a large living room and kitchen, it was very comfortable. Appreciate the friendly staff and great amenities. There is also several restaurants there, bars by the poolside and very close to the airport, museum, Parliament House and golf club.
