Siargao Seasky is the second hotel I booked in Siargao. And it is leagues ahead of the first one I booked. The air conditioning was superb, the amenities like the ceiling fan and toilet had all the bells and whistles. They even had free detergent if you needed to wash your clothes and a dryer on every floor. The breakfast selection but all filling. It’s also very accessible, right snack in the middle of General Luna. The staff were all courteous and warm. Worth all th money you spent.

Hotel location ok, but not very well signed. Appalling parking. Room allocated (Queen) ok but location appalling ( open curtains to look onto maintenance yard!) Very poor hot water in shower/bathroom. Towels appalling, very old and very hard. Wouldn’t clean my car with them. Restaurant food very good except no wine of any nature despite the menu offering a wide selection. So very poor management control. Swimming pool okay except some scum on surface of water and the mosaic tiles in and around pool needed cleaning  badly and missing and loose tiles needed replacing. Better house keeping needed.

Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone who simply wants to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat.

This hotel isn't bad for the island, but there are some caveats. There's no hot water, and the cleaning is mediocre. The gym is dirty, but the grounds are well-maintained and beautiful, with a private beach, lounge area, and sunbeds. Breakfasts are good, nothing fancy. We rented a scooter from the airport because the hotel transfer was expensive.

However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of dust. The complimentary toiletries were not provided upon check-in, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom. The water supply appeared to come from a deep well and had an unpleasant smell. I also found it unusual that the pillows were covered with bed sheets instead of proper pillowcases. The most disappointing experience happened at 1:30 AM, when the receptionist called our room and woke us up to ask if they could borrow our air conditioner remote. We were told that three other guests had complained because they didn’t have air conditioner remotes, and the staff said they only had one remote available. Waking sleeping guests in the middle of the night to solve an internal hotel issue is highly unprofessional and significantly disrupted our rest. Overall, while the room size, affordability, and free breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service need major improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

One of the standout features is the guest-only pool, perfectly positioned beside the restaurant. The setting is spectacular, with uninterrupted views of the sea that make every meal feel special. The food is consistently good, the cocktails are expertly made, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the accommodation. With only eight rooms, the hotel feels intimate, exclusive, and wonderfully peaceful. Waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean directly in front of you and the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore is an experience that's hard to put into words. It's the kind of place where you instantly slow down and appreciate your surroundings. The entire property is picturesque, tranquil, and incredibly well-positioned. For the quality of the experience, the stunning location, and the level of privacy it offers, it represents exceptional value for money. A true hidden gem and somewhere I would return to without hesitation.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel with our family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The facilities were also nice, Highly recommended for families!
