The stay was super good, the location was PERFECT, and the staff was lovely. I must highlight that the breakfast buffet was incredible.

Our room was lovely. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for—away from the crowded town, making it peaceful and serene. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more rugs or floor mats to wipe our feet, as we only had one and the room can easily get wet after island hopping tours. The shower drain was also a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience at the resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The free breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options to start the day. We also loved having free access to all the hotel facilities, which made our stay even more relaxing and fun.Everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our family and friends!

Very friendly staff, committed to give the best service to their guests. We intentionally booked Nacpan as a location (instead of El Nido center) to have a more relaxed atmosphere. Totally happy to stay at Nacpan Beach Villa as one resort of equal review a step further north had blaring music the whole day. The facilities are clean and modern, the amenities good, the equipment easy to handle. The beach is clean(!), no garbage, no plastic(!) - please keep it that way. Really incomparably clean, meaning: even if you dig with your feet in the seabed, no junk comes up (Nusa Dua - best beach in Bali - did not pass this test).

I really enjoyed my stay at Zuri Resort. The service and facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool also offered a lovely view, and the Jacuzzi was a great place to relax. The breakfast was delicious, but I would recommend going early. We arrived at around 7:00 a.m., and some of the food was already unavailable. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Piece Lio was a perfect choice!!! Amazing area, exceptional service and the room was better than we expected. We were very pleasantly surprised. Before choosing this hotel I read some reviews about not the best food options. I am not sure if they changed something but for food options we were offered only continental or English breakfast that was cooked for us fresh and was very good. Too much food if you ask me. We never finished it all. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from along the beach. We had the best time there!

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. I was honestly a bit disappointed with this resort. When you see the word “resort” and pay resort prices, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that. The bed only had a thin sheet with no proper bedding, there was no water provided in the room, and parts of the property felt quite run down with visible rust. The bathroom, especially the shower area, could really use a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were four different WiFi networks, but none of them worked properly and the connection was very slow. The staff did warn me about this in advance. That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing. Reception went above and beyond by helping with my large bags, doing my laundry, organizing tours and transport, and assisting with everything I needed. Truly a chef’s kiss to the team. They were the highlight of my stay. With some upgrades and better maintenance, this place could match the price they’re charging. Right now, it’s the staff that make the experience worthwhile.

We traveled as a family of four and booked two rooms—one twin-sharing and one queen double. Both rooms were in good condition, clean, and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping is available upon request, which was convenient. Before our trip, I was a bit hesitant after reading some negative reviews mentioning repetitive breakfast options and the absence of hairdryers. However, it seems the hotel has addressed these concerns. Each room now comes with a brand-new hairdryer (ours was still in the box), and we were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast offerings were varied and different each day. The hotel’s location in Coron town is another big plus, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Coron.
