Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. At first the hotel checked us in in a lower type of room and it was really bad. We booked a Premium hotel room but we got a Island premium room, and I can promise it was a big difference. The Island room was really worn out. Broken furnitures and clearly not renovated for a long time. We talked with the reception and got upgraded after one night and got an Grand premium room in the same house as the reception It wasn’t that big, but it was really clean and fresh. Nice new furnitures and it felt so much better. We can recommend the last type of room. For us the location wasn’t that good, it was too far away from the real Boracay and station 1,2 and 3. We got tired of our need of shuttle bus all the time to get outside and within the hotel. We also felt it was more windy on that side of the island and the beach had much so debris. Breakfast wasn’t good, really simple and not much to chose from. Special order to get a cup of tea, that was strange for me. Overall experience is that we got I reallly nice room in the end of our stay, but be aware of what kind of room you book and make sure you get the right one when one check in.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

I love the room its so comfy and staff is very kind and generous. Over all its a good hotel to enjoy your stay with.

Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels. The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean. There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested. Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference.

I stayed overnight at Injap Tower Hotel and overall had a smooth and convenient experience. The location is perfect, right in front of SM Mall and close to everything you might need. Check-in was fast, and my room was clean with a lovely view overlooking SM Mall and even the sunset. The only downside was the air conditioning. It was a bit noisy and felt a little run down, even turning off a few times during the night. I was too tired to report it since I had an early appointment the next morning. And also the wifi was slow. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and hassle free. Check out was also quick and efficient. A convenient choice for a short stay.

The staff is professional and friendly. The food was not that great during our stay but is definitely room for improvement on a positive note the amenities were excellent with two swimming pools availables for guest to use and enjoy.

Pros: ✔️Malapit sa port to Guimaras ✔️Malapit sa University of Iloilo (eto lagi yung landmark namin kapag sumasakay kami ng jeep) ✔️Malapit sa Robinsons ✔️May mini market sa harap ✔️Sa lahat ng na-inquire namin na hotel, eto yung pinakamura na may pool access until 9pm. Mas mura if direct sa hotel ang booking since nag extend kami ng 1 night nakaless kami ng 150 pesos. ✔️Sobrang bait ng mga staff nila. Very accommodating and lagi naka-smile. Cons: 🙂about 30 mins ang layo sa SM Iloilo, Festivewalk and Casa Emperador 🙂 1-2 hours ang layo sa Iloilo International Airport (sakay kayo pa-SM, may Van na papuntang airport, 100php lang instead of Grab)

Pros: close to Kalibo airport, the room was spacious and the bed is very comfortable.the natural wood was used for chairs and TV stand. The front desk staff are very professional and welcoming. Cons: old and shabby cupboard does not belong there.Slide shower door is loose and Mosquito net needs fixing.

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.
