I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025.
The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Strategically located in the city center and is also part of the mall building so everything that you need is just a few steps away from the hotel's lobby.
It is near to restaurants outside the mall and also near to the pier area should you want a quick boat trip to Guimaras Island.
Rooms are clean with all appliances functioning well.
Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.
Very affordable room rates!

We had an excellent stay at Seda Atria Hotel! The General Manager was very helpful, and the entire management and staff were accommodating and always willing to assist with our needs. The service was excellent as always, and the food was great â they truly make your stay feel like home.
The area around the hotel is safe and walkable, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and pasalubong centers like Biscocho House. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy local favorites such as Madge Coffee, Netongâs Batchoy, and Kap Isingâs Pancit Molo â perfect for an authentic Iloilo experience!

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool â they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It would be even better if they could bring back the complimentary van transport service from the port to the hotel and vice versa, as it was very convenient before. Overall, we had an amazing vacation, and our stay was truly enjoyable.

This is a few meters from the beach. Close to Diniwid Beach. Takes a while to go to station 2. They clean regularly and staffs are nice and accommodating. Lilian the housekeeping person is sooooo nice.

Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha
RRei JosephWe stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by âBOCâ and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!
GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. Itâs about 10â15 minutes from the center, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, and thereâs also a HOHO bus that runs every 15â20 minutes, making transportation convenient. They also have their own beachfront at Newcoast, which is perfect if you want to escape the busy crowds of Boracay. Breakfast is modest but tasty. Would definitely come back.
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home â nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
CChewy MeiWeâve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights.
The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM.
Service continues to be one of Coastâs strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every requestâwhether for extra pillows or bottled waterâis handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by.
We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Dayâa thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thinâyou can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten.
Special mention goes to Coastâs beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience:
âą Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple âlast callâ announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed.
âą Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction.
âą Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari. Â They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool.
Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.Â
If youâre a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.Â
Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.Â
