IIsemGood, but not without issues.
The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus.
But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones.
About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating.
In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that.
Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff.
Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain.

Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс.
Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно.
Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно.
Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо.
В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый.
Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton.

UUrszula ZiółkowskaA wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

SSiraI absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to nice parc area and has good transport connection to the city center and Rynek area. Very good breakfast with nice combination of international and local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful stuff should be noted and praised.
The room is adequate and cosy with just one note: you should be a slim acrobate or a gymnast to use shower normally, - the bath is nice and spacious, but it would not be easy to take shower comfortly and without having spilled water all around, for XL-and-over persons it is impossible at all.
But generally it should not be so gross, and the staying in this hotel is nice, just maybe there should be more local channels on the hotel TV.

SSiraI stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

わわさびぬきI stayed here for about a week straight. It was comfortable, though I did notice the walls seemed a bit thin at times. If there had been a mini-fridge, I probably would have given it an even higher rating, but that minor complaint vanishes when you consider how close it is to a Super Lidl and another supermarket. Being able to buy ice cream and get back to my room before it melted was a real lifesaver! Don't worry if you're staying on a Sunday when most shops are closed; the Ocean store at the gas station right across the street has everything you need. The public transport links were also excellent, making for a very pleasant stay.

TThomasBGI wish I could give it a better review because it actually deserves it with the quiet, spacious and clean rooms but my review is based on reality, not on theory. In the days of a heatwave the hotel had no... air conditioning. They didn't even explain the problem, they first told me it's something a technician should see in my room and fix it. If they can't, they will move me to another room. But it was a central A/C, so the probability of problem for only one room was very low. A few hours later when I returned they told me the problem is bigger and they are trying to fix it, it will be OK soon. And the problem is not only with my room, that's why they can't move me to a room with working A/C. Then they didn't fix it and I had to sleep in a sauna, which was not OK. I complained to trip.com and by the morning (they were unable to contact the hotel late in the evening which is another problem with the hotel service) they arranged for me to be moved in the adjacent building which is another hotel by the same owner. Why the hotel couldn't think of that obvious solution... I have no idea. One more reason for my low service rating. And finally, in the new hotel they offered me as a compensation... free access to pool and SAUNA. Thank you, but I already had mine in my room. Really a pity because it was supposed to be a great hotel - and if A/C was working, it would have been.

Very clean, friendly staff. Breakfasts were very tasty and varied, with items always replenished promptly when they ran out!
There's a snack bar downstairs that was open even late at night. Another plus is that for a small extra fee (50 PLN) you can access the spa center with pools and saunas, shared with Doubletree by Hilton hotel.
On the downside, the price is expensive, and the hotel is somewhat far from the city center. Sometimes we had to wait longer than usual for a taxi. However, if you prefer public transport, there's a tram nearby - 15 minutes and you're in the Old Town.
Overall, an excellent choice for Krakow.
I think we'll come back here again.

Отличный современный отель. Очень чисто, персонал приветливый. Завтраки были очень вкусными и разнообразными, всегда вовремя пополняли заканчивающиеся продукты! Внизу есть снек-бар, раюотал даже поздно вечером. Еще из плюсов, что за небольшую доп.плату (50 злотых) можно посетить СПА-центр, с бассейнами и саунами, совместно с отелем Doubletree by Hilton.
Из минусов, цена дороговата и то, что отель немного далековат от центра и бывало что приходилось подождать такси дольше обычного, но если вы предпочитаете передвигаться на общественном транспорте, то недалеко ходит трамвай — 15 минут, и вы в старом городе. В целом отличный вариант для Кракова.
Думаю, что приедем сюда еще.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Kraków – Wawel Castle and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a unique and carefully thought-out design full of character. Every space has its own personality, and the location couldn’t be better: Wawel Castle, the Old Town and the city’s main attractions are all within easy walking distance.
A special mention goes to the staff. They are young, incredibly kind, professional and patient. Always welcoming and happy to help, they made the whole stay even more enjoyable.
The room had everything you could possibly need: an iron and ironing board (a detail I really appreciated), a kettle, complimentary bottled water and a coffee machine replenished daily with fresh capsules. Honestly, it was the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel abroad.
Another highlight was the hotel’s restaurant, Heritage & Hip. I ordered the Tatar z polędwicy wołowej, and I can honestly say it was the best beef tartare I’ve ever eaten. The quality, balance of flavours and presentation were outstanding—easily on par with what you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.
If I return to Kraków, I won’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality hotel in a perfect location, with an exceptional restaurant.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent in every way ! The location is perfect to explore the city on foot, located near the former Jewish Quarter, which is stunning, and a 13/15 walk to the Old Town. The staff were all amazing and quickly changed my room on the first night because if an unpleasant odour in the booked room. They answered all my questions and were super efficient ! If I were to return to Krakoq, I’d stay here , even though it’s slightly on the pricy side .
