The Hotel Next in Funchal on Madeira impresses with its excellent location right on the water. The rooms, although spacious, tend to create a somewhat subdued atmosphere due to their darkness. Nevertheless, the hotel scores with comfortable beds, modern furnishings and attractive bathrooms. Breakfast, served in a canteen style, has a limited selection and the quality could be improved. A highlight, however, is the beach club on the water, which, although without a beach, stands out positively with a pool and direct access to the sea via a jetty.

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

Very good hotel top location right next to the bus direction airport and direction center Well soundproofed because we had seen the works … and that's fine, we slept very well despite that Only downside is breakfast or on arrival they force you to choose a time In case of change, you must call the night before. It's super annoying! Especially when you don't have a precise schedule We didn't respect the schedule every day and it's ok, we didn't fail :) Receptionists are top notch and always available

Pedro pobyt all inclusive. Uwagi dot. hotelu i Machico: - dobre Wi-Fi w pokojach i częściach wspólnych hotelu - łóżka 1 osobowe zsuwane razem (mają tendencję do rozsuwania się). Dobre materace. Do okrycia prześcieradło z zawiniętym w nim kocem i narzutą, oddzielnie dla każdego łóżka. Rozwiązanie dyskusyjne - koszt sejfu w pokoju to 14 euro za 7 dni - duży TV, w którym są wszystkie istotne info na temat hotelu - kiepskie wyciszenie akustyczne ścian i stropów (słychać nieco głośniejsze rozmowy). Dobre wyciszenie okien, praktycznie nie słychać szumu oceanu - wystarczająca na 2 osoby ilość szaf i półek. Przy łóżkach lampki nocne - na zewnątrz temperatury ok 16-18°C przy zachmurzeniu (w połowie stycznia). Po zamknięciu okna w pokojach w miarę ciepło. Klimatyzacji nie udało nam się włączyć. - w pokoju tylko 1 wolne gniazdo elektryczne. Można kupić w sklepie Continente rozgałęźniki elektryczne, w rozmaitych wersjach już od 1,5 euro. Niestety w moim pokoju położenie komody blokowało ich włożenie do gniazda - w hotelu (10 pięter). Są 2 przeszklone i nowoczesne windy. Od 3 pietra w górę zapewniają świetny widok na ocean. Niestety, strasznie wolno się otwierają, co radykalnie opóźnia ich pracę. Czasami, przy większym ruchu, zdecydowanie szybciej przejść po schodach - codziennie do pokoju jest dostarczana 1 butelka wody (1 litrowa, jeżeli wypiło się poprzednią). Chociaż niektórzy skarżyli się, że jej nie dostawali, - w łazience jest wanna z kotarą, 2 mydła w kostce, 2 szampony do włosów, gniazdo elektryczne. Brak suszarki do włosów. Ręczniki dobrej jakości w wystarczającej ilości. Woda w kranach miękka. W moim przypadku brak konieczności zakupienia żelu po kąpieli - hotel ma 50 lat, lecz jest bardzo zadbany i czysty. Kłopotliwe jest odnalezienie części wspólnych, np. restauracji, baru, zejścia na basen, itd. z uwagi na nieintuicyjne zaprojektowanie tej części hotelu - pokoje są sprzątane bardzo dokładnie - w hotelu jest dobra i nienachalna obsługa - animacji nie zauważyłem, co dla mnie nie było wadą. Wieczorem są koncerty na żywo - położenie hotelu fantastyczne, ok. 20 m od wód zatoki. Okna w lobby i restauracji zapewniają panoramiczny widok na zatokę i ocean, niestety częściowo przesłonięty przez drzewa - zimą w hotelu jest otwarty jedynie bar wewnątrz hotelu (Piano Bar – 2 poziomy powyżej restauracji). Dostaniesz w nim np. drinki, soki, kawę, brandy, whisky, wódkę, wino (w tym 4 rodzaje wina Madeira). W przerwach między posiłkami dostępne są w określonych godzinach bardzo skromne przekąski, głównie chleb tostowy z żółtym serem i wędliną oraz kuleczki z dipem. Chętnych na przekąski nie zauważyłem - ok 10-15 min. spacerem od hotelu znajdują się 2 duże markety Continente oraz Pingo Doce (w tym drugim zjecie nawet ciepły posiłek i napijecie się kawy) - okna w pokojach wychodzą na ocean lub na zatokę i panoramę Machico -goście hotelowi to większości francuscy seniorzy oraz Polacy - blisko do przystanków autobusowych, ok 200 m do przystanków do i ze stolicy

Hotel Quinta Da Penha De Franca is within it's own complex and is up the hill from its sister hotel Quinta Penha de Franca Mar. You can use the facilities within Quinta Penha de Franca Mar as well. Both are linked together by means of a private bridge which goes over the road, this is pretty seamless, but you do have to go out the door of the De Franca and buzz back in, but too much of an issue. Quinta Da Penha De Franca is set within gardens and has a heated pool which can be used, complimentary pool towels provided. You can also use the pool at Franca Mar which is unheated, but was still warm enough, and is salt water, from here you also have direct private access to the sea. Rooms are of a good size, I would recommend staying in the main complex rooms. There are around 4 rooms which are around Rooms 40-44 which are separate from the main complex, that can be nice, but note the Irish Bar is just over the wall, so can be a little noisy at times. Rooms were clean, air conditioning good, TV and mini bar, which if you want to indulge was good value. Beds were big, and very comfy which helped for a good nights sleep. Room Service is also available, though oddly no complimentary tea & coffee provided in the room, which I would expect in a four star. The location is excellent, on the edge of the hotel area means a short walk into town, and short walk to other restaurants and bars in the hotel district so a real positive. Parking is also very good, they have a large free to use carpark, so brilliant if you are planning to hire a car to explore the island like we did, we had no issues parking. Breakfast was also very good, a mix of continental, Portuguese and cooked buffet options. Service was friendly and overall a very enjoyable stay was had.

Great hotel. It’s in an excellent location, right across from one of the rock pools and less than ten minute walk to the other. The interiors are lovely. Although I suspect newly refurbished as things like the doors etc are still outdated. Lovely staff and great check in process, complete with welcome drink. Judite was amazing. You get free passes to the Piscina Natural On the roof is an infinity pool with gorgeous 360 views! No conditioner in bathroom and I didn’t love the restaurant. No ambiance or music and in direct line of reception. Overall we loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend.

First of all, in almost 20 years of traveling around the world we have NEVER eaten so well as in the ”suites” restaurant.. and even in Italy, it is difficult to find a restaurant where you can eat at this level! Hold onto this chef! (P.s.: we had a package that allowed us to ALWAYS eat there, I recommend you request it, the same package offers you free umbrella and sunbeds otherwise you have to pay). Then, 5-star ”suites” staff, and even more... ALL... reception, lounge, bar, ALL extraordinarily kind and available ”all-round” in satisfying any need! The beach is BEAUTIFUL, immense and beautiful! The island of Porto Santo is equally beautiful, in its own small way, I recommend you go around it, either by renting a car (you can rent it directly here), or by taxi (it costs a few €), there are really fantastic places where you can take beautiful photos ( landscape similar to the Canary Islands). As for the rooms... they are not really ”suites”.. some rooms do not have a bidet, the tubs have curtains, plugs without any support on which to place perhaps a phone to charge or something else (not even in the bathroom), dimensions ok for couples but not much for families (if you have 2 children I find it tough...), in short, for being a new building as they say, they could ”do” something more... The gym on the beach needs fixing... Very nice Thalasso therapy. In the ”central” building of Vila Baleira you have entertainment, 4 padel courts, and self-service restaurants (in the ”suites” you are served by waiters) Thanks to Pietro from ”futura” and ALL the staff! I was looking at my reviews on TripAdvisor when I saw my previous review of this hotel where I gave it 4 stars. Still not bad of course, but I wanted to write another review as me and my husband have been back to Saccharum twice(!) after my first review. So I thought about writing a new review. This is now our favorite hotel on Madeira, as it’s not as crowded like a lot of hotels in Funchal. Calheta is beautiful and not crowded at all. We really appreciate privacy and a calm environment when we go on holiday, and Saccharum is great for this! Sometimes restaurants are packed with other tourists and you’re seated a couple centimeters away from other guests but here at Saccharum you can eat all relaxed in whatever restaurant of the hotel you please. We really like the bar next to the sea, Calhau. They have nice vegetarian options for me. Also everything is clean and hygiene is great. That’s so important to me. So after our new experiences at this hotel I’ve wanted to change my 4-star review into a 5-star review. We are now planning to take my parents to Madeira in October of this year to show them this beautiful island, and we will be staying at Saccharum!

Fantastic!! Having never done an all inclusive holiday due to my sons serious allergies we can honestly not recommend more! Travelling with a 3 month baby in tow also the rooms were ideal & spacious for our needs. It was all clean & tidy! However a huge huge thank you to Betty the chef for catering & making our sons holiday the best! We will be back!

The possibility to park in the casino's parking lot is up to € 6.30 throughout the day. Another weak point of the soundproofing of the room is the sound of TV, doors in the adjacent room. Sufficient hotel, pleasant pool, jacuzzi hammam and small gym for 3/4 day!

Visited the Pestana Royal in April for a week. We are aware of the area in Funchal as having stopped at the Pestana Grand in the past and had decided to try the all inclusive Royal this time. An excellent holiday. The room had a sea view and was clean, well equipped with fridge, microwave and usual tea and coffee/ kettle . The buffet meals were constantly good with plenty of choice, specially of fish dishes and the wine included in the package was also good. The hotel grounds were well kept, the heated outdoor pool well used and the indoor pool and gym area good. Uniquely for the area , the hotel has a lift down to the promenade, and there is a twice daily free shuttle bus into and from Funchal although the hotel is on the regular bus route and the trip into town is only 1.90 Euro Finally the staff were excellent. The room service staff friendly, reception very efficient and the restaurant staff both friendly and efficient, with everyone having a very good command of English. We will definitely return.

The hotel that left a deep impression will have a chance to come back. The hotel is in a great location, close to the edge of the cliff. Invincible sea view. All kinds of swimming pools are suspended on the edge of the cliff at different heights. There are sea water, natural water temperature and heated water temperature, which enjoy great value. There are 2 large restaurants, and the rest of the outdoor restaurants, bars, and salons are so many that they have stayed for a few days and have not found out. The big restaurant buffet has a cabaret show in the evening, and the male and female singers play piano. There are tabloids in the hotel, 6 languages, English and American languages, and there are American and British versions. Service staff gentlemanly, friendly and friendly. Different restaurants with a variety of flavors to choose from.

Hotel facilities and equipment, although old, but also basically meet the needs of use, breakfast is very rich, the room given by the front desk should be considered the largest of the same type, but the floor is too low, the parking lot is noisy, the fly in the ointment is less front desk staff Smile, communication is frosty, resort hotels should not be like this. There is also a small episode at check-in. The front desk must ask me to send the order to the hotel's mailbox, and she has my order number in hand. Is it ridiculous!

We spent a week in a studio apar**ent which had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was superking and the linen pillows were super comfortable. Cleaning everyday to suit your timescale and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, smiley and very welcoming. All communal areas were kept extremely clean and the whole resort was neat and tidy. Excellent service in bars and restaurants and the food offered was extremely tasty and well presented. Reception and concierges were courteous, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone for looking after us so well.

Like another reviewer I became jittery the night before we left about the hotel being part of a shopping mall - silly me! We had such a great week staying here that we want to return next year (and we rarely return anywhere because there are so many new places waiting to be visited)! Everything about the hotel suited us perfectly. Lovely hotel, great staff, fantastic choice and quality at breakfast, quiet even though you're in the town and, as for the roof terrace - all whirlpools should be that big and have those wonderful views! Before I sound as though it was perfect I must confess that putting out the lighting on the first night caused a bit of a problem but we eventually worked out what to do, and we did get used to the low levels of lighting in the room and the lifts. Although we enjoyed cocktails by the pool, we didn't eat in the restaurant or drink in the bar but that was only because there are so many bars, restaurants and cafes within easy reach that it would have been a shame to miss out on some fantastic experiences. We were also there during the flower festival, which gave us beautiful sights and became our regular evening walk being so close to the hotel. Oh, and the icing on the cake - one of our favourite shops, Massimo Dutti, is at the entrance to the mall!

This hotel is ideal for garden lovers looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a sub tropical climate. It's location outside Funchal requires transport to most the attractions so you need to book the hotel's shuttle bus or take a taxi or public bus to most the island's attractions. We managed to do this for the whole week. The standard rooms in this hotel are like superior rooms in England in terms of size and facilities. The swimming pool area is very pleasant. The jacuzzi needs to be booked 30mins in advance. We used this facility most days. The staff at this hotel professional but warm and welcoming too. The food was excellent and the chefs cater very well to diet requirements and allergies. The menu us varied and high quality produce is used. One recommendation I would suggest is that food on the breakfast buffet is labelled. Each day the chef would bake a delicious fresh cake but I had to ask a waiter what it was each morning and some days he also struggled to identify it. None of the cheeses are labelled and that could be a problem for guests with food allergies. Overall we had a very enjoyable holiday and would return here. We'd like to thank the following staff for making our stay here so enjoyable. Francisco in the pool area for putting on the jacuzzi and sorting out the towels each day with a welcoming smile. Paula in reception for being so helpful in giving out maps and directions. Even telling us which bus to catch from town. Carina for being so patient and friendly in the dining room. Fernando for doing a great job in the dining room and to the management of the hotel for effectively sorting out a few minor issues we encountered. We returned home with many magical memories of Madeira and hope to return here soon.

The breakfast is very good, suitable for children, the location of the hotel is impeccable, it can be said that the best. Recommended by British friends, the price is more expensive than other hotels. I didn't feel anything special when I looked at the website pictures, but I still believe in my friends and I booked them. Check-in is at night, from the front desk reception to the lead to the room to experience the professional, enthusiastic and meticulous service of the hotel staff. Needless to mention the room, there is a hotel manager's personal welcome speech, service introduction box, postcard, welcome dessert... Feel the bay's breeze night view on the balcony, drink some red wine, great. After a long-distance flight, take a shower in the classic and elegant bathtub, sweet as a dream. At 7 o'clock in the morning, the sun has not come out, greet a new day in the heated swimming pool in Jingyi. If you like sea water, you can swim in two seawater swimming pools, especially the unique piscina pool on the beach, let you let go of your imagination. Breakfast is a surprise. Every meal is carefully prepared, with a wide selection of ingredients, a wide variety of foods, and a lot of local specialties. The tableware is exquisite, and you can enjoy the feeling of the rising sun. The breakfast manager is great, remembering the name of each guest and feeling warm. The garden of the hotel, as a gardening professional, can only Wow, linger on, can't bear to leave, look at the picture... Very well appointed hotel in lovely Porto Santo. I went with my brother for a week, but regret not having stayed for 14 days on finding myself in such an idyllic spot. The hotel is the best all inclusive I have stayed in with totally customer focussed staff, great food at the buffet and in the themed restaurants which were part of the package. Good Hotel with very friendly and welcoming Staff. They offered us a free room upgrade to a suite that it was much appreciated. The suite was super spacious, with 2 separate bedrooms and 2x balconies with amazing sea views. We highly recommend booking a suite type of room (main building). The food is good and varied. However, some of the food was not identified especially at the Dunas Restaurant so it was difficult to understand what was it and contained (might be a problem for people with allergies/intolerances). Note: Majority of the food is bland and it will be required salt to be added separately if you like flavoured food. The drinks were okay, not much selection of cocktails unless if you go AI Plus. However, I would suggest to be served in reusable plastic cups like other Hotels instead of paper cups that stay all “mushy” after a while (still helps the planet considering it’s reusable). The Hotel has direct access to the beach (which is beautiful!) and has a beach bar (but not included for AI customers, only AI Plus). Also has sun lounges and parasols but needs to be paid extra. The Hotel has plenty of activities during the day & nice shows at night. The Animation Team is amazing and we had always a good time with them! Without the Animation Team the Hotel would be just average. They are really the light of this Hotel! We would just kindly suggest that during the activities they ensure that there is always someone that speaks portuguese (a few times it was only spoken italian - nothing against the language, it is a beautiful language, but sometimes was hard to understand everything and follow the instructions, thus fully enjoy the activities). Apart of portuguese, I would also suggest to be spoken english considering it is the universal language and more people would understand and engage in the activities. Apart of that we highly praise the animation team and their activities throughout the day & night. The Spa was good however they only give 45min slots which was not sufficient to try everything at the water circuit (we suggest the time to be increased to 1h and/or reduce the number of people per slot). Note: You will need a swim cap, otherwise you will pay 4 euros for one. The Hotel surroundings are beautiful with well kept gardens. Overall: Nice Hotel that wins for its beachfront location, Staff and Animation Team!

The hotel is nice, it’s a good 4-star hotel which delivers what it promises. The rooms: The rooms are not luxurious, but spacious, comfortable and clean. They offered an array of pillows which will probably suit most guests. The extra beds could deal with an upgrade. For our 3-year old, it was fine, but for older children they might not find it too comfortable. The bathrooms: They were spacious and recently refurbished. The shower toiletries could use an upgrade (only a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel offered. Hand soap was fine. The beach bar: Decent array of food offered, good quality and great service. Prices were ok for a hotel. There are a couple of other options in the beach really close by too. Swimming pool: Very nice, with a large shallow area which suited both adults and children. The water is not heated, so it’s a bit chilly if it’s not warm outside. Plenty of sunbeds available and a beautiful view of the garden and the dunes. There’s mini golf and table tennis available, which was nice. Staff was friendly and helped us by booking taxis and recommending restaurants. Location: The hotel is very well located in our opinion. 1.5km away from the village centre, so far enough to be quiet, but close enough to allow us to walk there everyday to visit the children’s playground, try new restaurants or just enjoy the stroll. There’s a small supermarket, bakery and a few restaurants 5-7 min walking distance on the other direction. We even walked to the horse centre (35min), which is in the opposite side of town. We did not try the on-site restaurant nor the spa/indoor swimming pool. We have heard there’s a charge to use the indoor swimming pool, which is not very nice, but we didn’t check it ourselves.

The Hotel is very close to the beach, our room was very nice, with a balcony and everything. Everything appeared to be clean and tidy. We liked it very much, we recommend it and we will be back.

I’m writing this review whilst sitting in one of the hotel’s bright and airy lounges. The views are amazing and as near to the ocean as you can get without actually getting your feet wet! The hotel is wonderful, 10/10 in every respect. And I’m fairly fussy, having worked in top end hospitality for many years, and as an accommodation assessor for Visit Britain. The bedroom is comfortable with a quality mattress and lovely bed linen, plenty of storage space and a huge TV The bathroom has a great shower and everything works as it should. We are on the 5th floor with a sea view room and it is breathtaking! And the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach has rocked us to sleep every night. We booked bed & breakfast but have eaten dinner in the restaurant on 3 evenings out of 7 - lovely fresh food, usual buffet style but lots of choice with loads of salads, vegetables and fruits. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced - even when compared to 5 star hotels. Everywhere is immaculately clean and well maintained - not a single issue or complaint here! And finally, but definitely not least, the staff - they are the jewel in this fantastic hotel’s crown. Everyone has gone out of their way to ensure our stay is the best it can be. Special mention to Liliana and Leandro on reception who have gone above and beyond for us. We have had the most wonderful week and really don’t want to go home! Our flight back to the UK has been cancelled due to high winds so we have an extra day here and are absolutely delighted! Thank you so much to everyone at the Four Views Oasis. The hotel is a nice place to stay. The people at the reception and in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly and the service was always good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. In the hotel, they had a delicious buffet for breakfast, which differed each morning. In the evening, there was a three course menu in which you could choose your main dish. The food was tasty. The hotel is located a few hundred meters from Santa Cruz, where you can find a couple restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and we would defenitly recommend this place.

We visited The Vila Gale in Santa Cruz earlier this month and had one of the most wonderful and relaxing holidays ever.... We were a little nervous before we went as there were a couple of negative reviews which were quite concerning, all we can say is please please just ignore them...in fact we were laughing with fellow guests just how ridiculous they were. The hotel itself is spotless, the staff are all without exception friendly, competent and extremely hard working... special mention to Christina and Katrina on reception, Sandra, Louisa and the lady with the big smile in the Restaurant and pool bar and Catrina in the Spa who helped make our holiday special as did all the staff.. The food in the restaurant was excellent, I am vegetarian and was never stuck for something to eat...yes, not everything is labelled but all you do is ask and the staff will advise...If you are staying for 7 days or over you can visit the Al a Carte restaurant....we definitely recommend! The spa and it's facilities again are spotless, you have to wear a swimming cap in the indoor pool but you can buy one from the hotel if you don't have one. Sandra Cruz is a beautiful quiet location with little shops and restaurants...all on the doorstep... We never go back to the same place twice but there is always a first..,we have booked a cheeky little week back there next month and are so looking forward to our visit

Great friendly staff, very helpful and pleasant. Excellent meals, comfortable beds, very clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Quiet and ambient atmosphere, nothing to complain about at all. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break. Beautiful golf course adjacent, but a car is a must for exploring

This place is advertised as a 4-star establishment. It is very far from it. We stayed here for one night (double room 442) because we were stranded in Madeira (due to technical problems with the airplane). I'll mention the good things first: The reception staff were very friendly despite the fact that we arrived a full busload of people, tired from waiting at the airport the whole day. The view over the sea is spectacular. The bathroom was modern and functional with a good shower and nice big soft towels (always a big plus in my book). But that's all for the good parts. Roca Mar is a huge place without any charm whatsoever. It didn't help that the place was under renovation and parts of it looked like a construction site. But even if it had been in tip-top shape, it is just too big and completely lacking in character or charm. The buffet restaurant was unbelievable – it resembled most of all an enormous canteen without any decorations or plants or anything else to add a bit of ambience. The noise level and acoustics were atrocious. The bar area is the only place with a little more ambience but there are not many tables there and so most people have to sit in the very big main ”restaurant”. The food itself (dinner buffet and breakfast) was OK such as it was – not a big selection but it was edible. The staff did what they could and were friendly, but the place itself is horrible, I'm sorry to say. We only spent one night on account of being stranded after a nice week on Madeira so it was no big deal, but I shudder to think what it would be like to have booked more than a day there. The room itself was OK but dull and rather nondescript. It was cold and the aircon could not heat the room. There were blankets to put over the covers (we used them). There was no electric kettle and no tissue papers. Nothing available but the mere basics. The staff tried their best, but I really cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel complex is beautiful!! It is clean, safe and the views from every corner are stunning. It started off a bit rough, as we arrived at 11pm and unfortunately only Luis was on duty. He really needs customer service training. We upgraded to a seaview room at a higher price so upon checkin I asked if our room was seaview. His reply was if “that is what you booked then you got it”. Our ac was not working and the room was boiling. Luis was not helpful at all. After seeing the room, we told him we booked a 28 metre room. And our room was tiny. His reply “i don’t carry a measuring tape, some rooms are big and some are small”. Anyway we gave up, unpacked and went to bed. In the morning, we went to reception and she was so helpful! She said the room we booked was not available but she could move us to Galomar. From then on our stay was amazing. We were slightly annoyed that we had to repack and move as we had to wait for the new room to be ready at 1pm. So we did lose a morning. Not ideal when we only had two full days there. Everything else was excellent. The restaurants, the pools and the room. Just a note that the LIDO area by the ocean is public. Meaning that you will not get chairs/umbrella at that level (unless you go super early). But there are more near the other pool. We loved the Galomar and highly recommend you get a seaview room there.

Bardzo dobry tani hotel. Położony w pobliżu lotniska, przystanek autobusowy naprzeciwko hotelu. Można dojechać do centrum Funchal, a stamtąd w innym kierunku. Śniadanie za małą dopłatą, jak dla mnie smaczne - tzw kontynentalne, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Można dokupić obiady za 25€/os. Basen wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny. Bar koło basenu, ręczniki kąpielowe przy barze. Pokoje czyste i komfortowe, obsługa miła i pomocna. Jeżeli będę wracał na Maderę z pewnością wybiorę ten hotel. Klimatyzacja w pokoju, choć nie używałem. Mogę z pewnością polecić ten hotel.
