GGuest UserNice Hotel in the quiet fringe of town. Basement carpark, while nice , is abit tricky for big cars. Didn't get to use the hotel as it was just a stopover
Enjoy the lovely pedestrianised walk to Old Town through nice cafes and restaurants

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice and spotless, with a great view to City Center from uppers floors. I was happy to stay there and would like to return one day. There are working helpful and friendly staff who are very attentive to your words or requests. Many thanks to them and all the best to the hotel. See you

AAnonymous Guest UserLocated near the central part of Cluj Napoca and has supermarket in the next building and the bus station to the airport is within 5 minute-walk distance. The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good, although the food provision space is too small and it was hard to figure out how to pick the cold milk pack from the small fridge. One problem was they requested me to send my contact for receiving the pass key to enter the room and I replied from trip.com message, but it seemed blocked (maybe to prevent scam messages?) and I had to contact directly with the official website of the property.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good and the room is very big! It is very quiet in the mountains. The room hygiene is also very good. It took about 15 minutes to take a taxi from the city. very convenient. The breakfast variety is also quite rich! The price is very high! Five-star recommendation!

PPiotrKStaying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

I recommend signing up for their rewards to get 10% off foods and beverages. They have breakfast for champions and their restaurants food is good as well.

YYessirPros: The room was clean, and the overall hygiene was good. Free parking is available.
Cons: The location is somewhat remote, a bit far from the city center. The hotel is situated on a main road that runs through a residential area.
The furniture is very basic; there are no tissues, no desk, and no coffee machine. The facilities are quite basic. Breakfast is also very simple, with limited choices.
Overall Review: I saw many positive reviews when booking, but my experience was just average, significantly falling short of the standards of a ”four-star” hotel. Suitable for travelers with low expectations for facilities and those needing only temporary accommodation.

CClairemfalveyThe room was a decent size with the balcony overlooking the town. It was located right in the heart of the town and close to the buses. The bed was amazing and so comfortable and I loved the bed. The breakfast was a good spread that I enjoyed.
