The hotel was very clean and the service staff was very welcoming. The breakfast is rich in variety. To different places in Russia, the hotel needs to issue a landing sign, but the hotel did not give it in time. Without this landing sign, staying in other cities will have an impact

Прекрасное расположение, приветливый персонал, разнообразные завтраки , номер убирался каждый день. Все было бы отлично, если бы не 1 инцидент: на завтраке 25.09. в ресторане 1 из посетительниц сначала громко разговаривала по телефону , но это еще можно было потерпеть, если бы она не стала проводить конфколл ( собеседование) по ноутбуку прямо посреди ресторана. На просьбу на рецепшен ( менеджера в ресторане не было) сделать «даме» замечание этого не делать, мы получили ответ , что это не запрещено. Не запрещено что- не мешать другим посетителям завтракать!? Для подобных мероприятий есть бизнес-центр или специально отведенная зона.

A good hotel; I stay there every time I'm in Kazan. It's conveniently located, a 30-40-minute walk from the Kremlin along the beautiful, straight Karl Marx Street. There's a park nearby, and it's a 20-minute walk down to the embankment through the park. The hotel has everything, even a shopping center and a movie theater. Underground parking is always available for guests. The best part is the view from the upper floors. The rooftop restaurant is excellent. There's a food court with a limited selection of cuisines. The downstairs breakfast is adequate, while the upstairs restaurant is even exquisite. There are always some events going on, and then it becomes like a walkway—there are far more people than guests. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, choose a different hotel.

Great hotel! My husband and I rested for three days and are very happy! ! ! All the staff are friendly, and every gesture is warm and hospitable. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, wonderful interior, central location. I cannot point out a shortcoming. We arrived at the check-in time ahead of schedule, checked-in immediately, checked luggage, and went for a walk. When we got back to check in, we received the key right away. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can also get everything you need on request. Next time we will stay in Nogai again and visit the SPA, but unfortunately there is not enough time. I definitely recommend it. For such a service, level 3 * is obviously very small. Thank you for staying!

The Time Machine has moved you to the past - to a good hotel in the 80s of the 20th century in the Soviet Union. 🙂...( manual decoration of documents forms when checking in to resepshen, keys with wooden heavy bars, ”empty ”walls and ” Soviet” furniture in rooms, shower cabins also from the far past 🙂).... Location is good, next to Kazan-1 railway station, good and diverse breakfast...Responsive Staff 🙂

Вкусный разнообразный завтрак, и здесь же пиццерия работает до 22:00. Рядом магазин фермеров, сыры подают на завтрак в отеле, очень вкусные. Номера чистые, просторные, матрас и подушки удобные, персонал внимательный. Рекомендую посетить этот гостеприимный отель.

GGuest UserHotel is very convenient. You can get to the Ring shopping complex without going out and buy the most necessary and edible. Hotel location is a bomb! Center in one word, but at the same time in the room there are no sounds from the street! The room is huge, there is an opportunity to visit the sauna(in the cost). We liked everything!

The breakfast system was not suitable as you can 't choose dishes from the menu , but you can only choose the breakfasts offered ( but around a lot of delicious restaurants where you can find breakfast taste . The bathroom is very uncomfortable with a small mirror, even wanted to change the room . The location of the hotel is very convenient , the room is clean and spacious !

В ресторане отеля официанты не расторопные, пришлось долго ждать до момента принятия заказа.
