The hotel is conveniently located near the Prophet's Mosque, just a 200-meter walk away. The service is excellent; all the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and thorough. The hygiene conditions are also very good. While there are many hotels around the Prophet's Mosque, some have bustling surroundings. This hotel, however, is situated in a quieter area. Their dates and coffee are also delicious. Overall, this hotel is a great choice.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and family for four nights, and our experience was exceptional. The hotel is modern, featuring spacious rooms, well-maintained bathrooms, and stunning views of the mountains, including the iconic Uhud Mountain, a highly visited site in Madinah.
The breakfast offered a wide selection of options, including choices for vegetarians, and was consistently fresh and enjoyable. The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Masjid. For added convenience, they provide a shuttle service every 20 minutes, making access effortless.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madinah and would gladly stay here again on future visits.

Cleanliness of room is acceptable however furniture is dated and carpet looks old, dusty and worn out. Definitely the standard does not stand up to an accor hotel standard. Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby.

Service beyond expectations. Was upgraded to Presidential Suite from Junior Suite with Partial Haram View by the polite and kind DM Anas. Very large living area. Bed is very comfortable and nice bed linen and pillows. Hotel is close to men’s entrance to haram mosque.
Look forward for the widespread bf and dinner of quality. For someone fussy about food pretty pleased. Restaurant staff servers do their due diligence to serve but sometime they cater better service to certain individuals. Table setting can be improved. One of the server bad attitude. Small built and not helpful. Chefs passionate in their food preparation.

Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay.
They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.

The check in was smooth, very responsive CS for asking several things and booking code for nusuk matters, only by WhatsApp. The room is small and no window but we could get some rest here. There is a small restaurant near and affordable. Unfortunately, we left our plastic consists of our shoes at the lobby while catching pick up taxi to Makkah. My mistake but there was no good news about it. At the same day as we arrived at Makkah, directly contact the CS but no one saw it and they did not want to check the cctv. On the night we checked in, our taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, and the handsome guy at the front desk even used his own car to help us find the taxi driver – we were so grateful! The canyon swimming pool was also a nice highlight.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. GGuest UserThe hotel was magnificent, very close to Masjid Nabawi. The room was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and attentive. The Boustane Al Safia museum is right next to the hotel, with restaurants for all tastes. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
