Hotels With breakfast in Thies, Senegal

The hotel looked old it required renovation, first night experience was ok, and breakfast was good.

The swimming pool is the central attraction, surrounded by lush greenery. There are many different kinds of birds in the trees. It is a pretty little oasis away from the main road, and is hard to find at night. There are no shops or services for miles so you are on your own. Bring snacks and extra water to save costs. Breakfast is extremely sparse, but you can get good fish here for dinner. The room is very basic but the bed is comfortable. I was allowed very late checkout without fuss. Bring your own entertainment since there is nothing to do here except getting a great tan by the pool.

This hotel is next to the beach. It has a nice swimming pool. It also has places for sunbathing on the beach as well as a bar on the beach. The food is very good. The room is spacious enough, although the wifi was sketchy in the room. Staff are helpful and speak English. The area has many trees and is well maintained. Shower was good with hot water and good pressure.

It’s a nice guesthouse with sea view rooms. The outside area with a small swimming pool is pleasant. The staff are nice and the food is reasonably priced and good. Unfortunately the location is a bit far from Mbour and Saly and the beachfront is very dirty. The Wi-Fi is rather weak. However if you want to escape from it all, it’s a good place.

Lovely spacious and very clean room, good bedding. The staff is attentive, very welcoming, smiling and warm. The breakfast and dinner buffets are varied and good, there is something for everyone! (especially the dessert buffet -:) We had a very pleasant week.

Beautiful and well-maintained hotel with breathtaking scenery and an ample amount of food that leaves you fully satisfied for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hôtel très propre. Nourriture excellente. Personnel très sympathique et toujours disponible. Plage à proximité (~10mn à pieds),, également très propre. Suggestion : un petit plan de l’hôtel serait utile pour se repérer plus facilement (emplacement du spa, existence et accès à la mini salle de jeux, etc.), ainsi qu’une meilleure information sur les services inclus et ceux qui ne le sont pas.

Hotel on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Near the convenience. Impecable cleanliness, Clim top, hot water... very sympathetic and arranged staff. I recommend closed eyes for those who want to escape the very tourist complexes...
