Hotels With Breakfast in Loei Province, Thailand

Typical Western style budget hotel, very similar to a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, modern and well maintained. The linen and towels were in good condition. The air-conditioning, hot water and refrigerator all worked well. The only negative issue is that the room was kind of small and at a walk in rate of 790 THB, a bit overpriced. Breakfast was also included, but was pretty uninspiring. Ample parking for folks who are self-driving.

This resort is too far to walk from the river walk/walking street, but we had rented a car and it's a very short drive. The trade-off is worth it - this is an extremely nice resort, the best we've stayed at in the north outside of any big city. The room was spacious with balcony and great river view. They provided a cot for our baby. The grounds are very well kept with lots of interesting things to look at (it's a selfie paradise!) Good breakfast buffet, everyone very friendly. Not worth dropping a star for, but I think the restaurant could open a bit later (the kitchen closes at 7pm but no rush to finish eating). Also be careful with the shower, it takes a while but the water can then get scalding hot and high pressure. With care though, it was good to have a nice warm shower with good pressure - yes, a contradiction, it's too much of a good thing and you need to be careful. Anyway it really felt like we were on holiday, it's a fabulous place to relax and honestly the staff were exceptionally friendly (it turns out that people here love babies, but they were always helpful anyway). If you have a car then it's easily the best choice, if not then consider it anyway but I can't comment on any transport arrangements to the walking street.

The accommodation is very beautiful. Even if we go in February, the view is still beautiful and the weather is good. If we go in the winter, it will definitely be much more enjoyable. The room you chose to stay in has a shared bathroom but I can tell you that it is very clean. There is a separate dry zone and wet zone. Separate shower room and toilet on each side. Definitely will go again this winter. Forgot to mention that breakfast will be buffet style, very delicious. Overall, I'm most impressed.🥰🌻

Funky. trendy hotel with a lot of metalwork! Actually it all goes together well and ends up a cool setup. Our room even had a kitchen sink and a bench top if you are staying a few days. What else was good? the wi-fi, the fridge, the air-con, the bed, the shower, the balcony and the electrical power points in the right places. Good, friendly service too. The young man who checked us in, served up a great breakfast the next morning, The breakfast was a choice of 3, all Thai style. I went with rice porridge, which was excellent. It also had a mini-baguette Viet style, apple slice, a choice of real coffee and a boiled egg,. This hotel is great value for money. Two things to watch out for) as other reviewers have said it is noisy at night because it's right next to a few bars (but that might be what you want with many restaurants too) and 2) the floor in room has a few levels so put the light on, if you get up in the night!

Quite large room with 2 comfortable beds. A right bathroom with hot water. All is clean but old. A TV that grills. Mobile and Wi-Fi. The window of the room is broken and doesn't close what makes the dust assemble in the room. Also the geckos crocks ... No breakfast. Right away I realized something was off when the receptionist ignored my booking and asked if I just wanted a single room. I explained that I wanted what I booked and two more times she would attempt to give me a lessor room but for the same cost of the Superior Villa. Finally they had someone drive in front of us and direct us to our villa. When we got there, it was the wrong one. They again tried to give us a tiny room with one bed. There were FOUR of us! I told them again, the booking was for their Superior Villa for 5 adults. So they finally took us to our booking. Upon entering the villa I was so excited to get in that I could have missed any little tidbits that may not have been right. But there was animal feces on our beds, pillows, floor and the bath was covered in feces and urine. On top of that, the door didn't even lock. So we called and they apologized and had us move next door. Upon entering that villa we were more cautious. There was animal feces again on the bedding. I told them just change the bedding and we are fine. But then we realized the back sliding glass door was unable to close properly or lock. So they moved us for a third time. It has now been 2 HOURS!!!! We had to move a ton of items every time. Multiple coolers, luggage, coconuts and more!!! Upon getting into the new room, we realize only one bed is in this villa but at this point we don't care. They show us this giant jacuzzi bathtub that looks decent and we decide to move are things in and just call it a night. Turns out that the balcony lights didn't work and the jacuzzi that they talked up was completely broken and non-functional. We called them and told them they needed to refund at least half the amount. At first they told me I would need to go down to talk to management. I let them know I wasn't going anywhere and it had been 2 hours and I was done playing with them. Reluctantly they offered a 50% refund and we managed to make the rest of the night not completely terrible. Do not stay here, it is not worth the trouble.

This hotel is clean. It's also convenient to go for a walk and buy things because it's in the city near the walking street. And it's next to the main road. If anyone comes to relax or come to the cotton flower festival in Loei city, I recommend this hotel.
