The hotel is perfectly situated, just off the main street so no noise at night. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, so can only speak of our experience. The room is pleasant and clean. A little tired in places but nothing major. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel itself is small and cute. Intimate is the word. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond. We are on a b&b basis. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices available. Babuoosh the parrot is a cool member of the team however i don't think he pulls his weight as much as the others in the team. A lovely, friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend to others. The pictures are exactly how the hotel is in reality.

I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

The facility I have carried out for business has welcomed me with a room quality much above my expectation. It is especially high quality and the equipment inside the room. I will say his life as a person who has been in hotels with comfort, I have never had a so-called bed before. Also, as a location, it can be called a very ideal place in the city, next to the Mediterranean University. The street shops under the facility are almost in a position to meet your needs. Завтраки могут приносить к назначенному времени прямо в номер, без дополнительных плат. В номере убираются каждый день, также есть все необходимое. Хороший бонус от отеля это вода питьевая, чай и кофе (в номере стоит кофемашина). При выборе номера, обязательно обращайте внимание на номер с окном или без, у нас было без цена дешевле и это не портило нахождение в нем. WiFi хорошо работает.

Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay in Lara Barut Collection. Great location, only 20 min from the airport and 35 min from hotel to the old city. Perfect service from check in to check out. Delicious food and a lot of options, from the buffet to restaurants a la carte. All the staff helpful and kind. Strongly recommend it for the family with kids even couples. Everybody can find a nice space and what to do. Special thankz for the restaurant manager Main. Sure we will come back here.

Hotel is very clean , everyday they are cleaning the rooms and foods is very good we liked this hotel so much If you want to go beach its maximum 2 min beach is also very good you can enjoy there. Night programs , good shows and good activities thank you for everything the best Animation Team

I really liked the place, but had minor problems during the stay that made it horrible. The houses and garden is as beautiful as it is in the pictures! Amazing with the privet pool in the loft swim suite that we stayed in. It is a new hotel so everything was new you could se som rests from construction. Ex all the glue joint beteende the tiles and Doors. The bad part is the service. Amazing when its there but lacking!!! The roomservice and the reception is bad! Orders breakfast at 10:00 and it arrived 12:30 to the room. Called several times and either I got the answer that it is leaving the kitchen as we speak or that it has left the kitchen already. Missed out 2h of sun because of that! And father we ate the breakfast I called in to the room service that they can come and pick it up as we left for the beach. When we return from the beach at 19:00 the breakfast is still on the table! Full with flyes! Call them again and it took another full hour before someone came and cleaned up. Next morning we needed breakfast at 08:00 because we were going with transfer to a boat trip at 09:00 The reception said call in 30 min before at 07:30 and the breakfast will be in your room 08:00. And so I did called in 07:30. But breakfast arrived 08:40 and I orders 2 portions but it only came 1. Had no time too wait for the second portion! When we checked out we got charged for 2 breakfasts that morning when it only got 1. They did not want to fix the bill, we had to pay fore it. There was no managers around to talk to becouse the reception was not halpfull at all. Overall good place, horrible service!

We went to the hotel 2 days before Ramadan. While the service was good at the entrance, we had difficulty finding someone to talk to in the restaurant. Some sections were not open yet due to the season. The number of employees increased during the holiday, but this time it was also very crowded. The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful, but the rooms are old and the cleanliness was not very good. The pet acceptance area is very nice.

I came to Natalya for a couple of days. I’m very happy with the hotel. Very bright rooms, super clean, smells very tasty. Special thanks for the breakfast: tasty, plentiful and beautiful. Got there from the airport by tram, from the stop 3 minutes on foot. I’m very pleased.

Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

Its a great hotel located in the middle of the city. Great amenities and very clean. Everyone is kind and happy to help all the time.

Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill. Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl. I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renex Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, this brand-new hotel boasts with modern building. One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish hamam, which provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything felt fresh and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of high quality, with a diverse selection of delicious and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, my experience at Renex Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was quite comfortable. Only the bathtub in the bathroom is a bit strange, and the isolation is only half-way. . Otherwise, the stay was quite comfortable. It is close to the sea and it is very convenient to go to the beach. Our room also has a sea view. Highly recommended! A short trip to Antalya and Crowne Plaza is nice and comfortable. It is very near the beach, so very convenient to go to the beach to relax and chill. We could see the sea from our room! The layout of the bathtub is a little weird and it covers only half the tub....

Had the most Wonderful experience here! The hotel has outstanding interior design, plenty of space outdoors to spend time in the sun, a few shops, spa, gym, pilates sessions, evening parties, good quality food and different types of cuisine, just a complete holiday experience! I truly recommend it! 😀

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kas turned out to be a real disappointment. We had booked a room with a sea view in advance, but in fact we were placed in a room with a view of bushes and garbage bins! This discrepancy with expectations immediately caused indignation, and we contacted the reception with a request to solve the problem. Instead of offering an adequate solution, we were offered to move to a room with a sea view only for an additional fee of 50 dollars. This is despite the fact that the cost of accommodation was already 20 thousand rubles per day. Such an attitude towards customers and an openly greedy approach are simply unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 4-5 star hotel. We found ourselves in a difficult situation: it was impossible to refuse to check in, since in the middle of the season it is almost impossible to find an alternative, and we could simply be left on the street. The staff was absolutely indifferent and showed no interest in helping, clearly preferring to make money on guests rather than solve the problem. The hotel is absolutely not worth its money, and its work leaves an exclusively negative impression. We will not use this service in the future and will recommend all our friends to avoid both this hotel and TRIP.COM, so as not to end up in a similar unpleasant situation. We attach a photo of what we were ”offered” instead of the promised sea view.

The map of the hotel is inaccurate. We booked a sea-view room. The picture shows that it is completely glass with the sea outside, but it is not like this at all. It is an ordinary sea-view room. The terrace by the sea is another restaurant, which is a bit pit. . However, the sea view in the distance on a sunny day is quite beautiful. It feels like Greece. The mobile phone network is all SMS sent from Greece, which shows that it is really close.

The front desk brother is very humorous and willing to help the guests. There is a parking lot nearby. Parking is convenient. It is suitable for small partners who travel by car. It is also very convenient to go to the pier. It can be reached in a few minutes. If you go to sea the next day, it is very convenient. Good view, location, biased in the mountains, self-driving test of the car skills, our triple room can actually live 4 people, a big bed, two single beds, this price is great value, the washing products are good, the citrus taste, and later in Istanbul, a designer store saw this brand of cologne. There is no beach in the hotel, but there is a sea to swim. The English at the front desk can help book the island hopping lunch is the most normal meal we have in Turkey. The value for money jumped seven or eight islands and jumped to the end. We didn't want to go to the sea. Breakfast is ordinary local food but fruit dried. There are more than a dozen, and I really can't eat the local food. I depend on fruit to sustain my life. The main dish and drink are average.

I booked the most expensive room type and went with hope. Who knew that the positioning provided by Trip.com was inaccurate. It took a while to find it, and I asked two foreigners on the roadside to take us to find it. It’s simply the mode of the homestay. It’s super dark. There are not many lights. Even the ones who return to the room have no lights. They are drunk with their own mobile phone flashlight. Except for the sea view, everything else is not good... I really don’t understand why Trip.com will push this so-called hotel. Come up, also ranked third, really pit people ～～～ Ctrip clearly said that it takes an extra 45 euros to bring children to stay, and it actually said that it costs 85 euros. Fortunately, there is a little brother who can communicate to help me communicate well ～～～ The most expensive one, who knows the worst is here... We were originally booked to stay 3 nights here and then 2 nights in Kalkan (another beach town close by). After the first day at this hotel we fell so much in love with it that we cancelled Kalkan and stayed a further 2 nights here. What made us stay is that the hotel has its own private rock ‘beach’ - the water is clear with small fish swimming in this area. If we had stayed at a cheaper hotel in town (as originally thought) then we definitely wouldn’t have had as a good a time, as you need to drive to get to the beaches. The service at this hotel is exceptional from ALL of the staff - special thank you to Gizem, serap, gokhan, okan, volkan and the amazing cleaning staff!! Due to our budget however we stayed in the loft style room. It notes partial sea view but you actually get full sea views. To be honest though we never stayed in our room, only to sleep in, as we were always by the hotel beach and visiting the city centre. The hotel has AMAZING food and does great cocktails too. Cocktails start from 400 lira. The town centre is 5km away and costs a hefty 300 lira each way, but you can hop on the mini bus for 30 lira per person - just got to walk up a huge hill. We arrived on the 27th of May and swam everyday - the sun was hot and the water was nice at this time. A note to my fellow Aussie travellers, the bedding in all of the hotels in Turkey do not have bed toppers (even the 5 star ones).

Just returned from our stay at Saray Suites wow what an amazing hotel ! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we got treated like royalty by all the amazing staff. Big Thank you to Alpi on front of house who allocated us a delux room with sea views which was amazing lovely and spacious and modern room which was cleaned and towels changed every day, Alpi also gave us any info we needed regarding the resort etc A very warm welcome every morning at breakfast and throughout the day from Ismail who we had regular chats with and Omar our waiter every morning. Every member of staff from the waiters, pool guy, managers bar staff in the evenings everybody went over and above to make our stay amazing. Also a huge thanks to Elvis and Ibraham on the bar for supplying our regular evening drinks and lots of laughs you really made our stay so much fun in the gorgeous modern bar. Ismail you have a fantastic team on board and the food at breakfast and evening on the roof top terrace was amazing with outstanding views of Kalkan. This was our first visit to Kalkan but we have said we will definitely be returning to Saray suites again. Also Great location with about 10 mins walk to the centre of town. We stayed in a superior room at Olea Nova Hotel for a week and loved it. The hotel and position on the peninsula is beautiful, with an unusually large pool and area for a small hotel. Our room had windows on two sides opening out to a large balcony, and the best view in the Med., including from the mini picture window in the shower! The breakfast was extensive and varied every morning, and food ordered during the day and in the evening was very fresh, appetising and good value. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and we plan to return. Thank you.

On arrival - very beautiful hotel staff helpful and friendly ( young lady in the bar makes the best cocktail's out of all the staff at the bar other bar staff make your drink different every time you get a refill although it was the same drink , some people may find that’s a issue but to me not so much and the lady who cooks lunches works so hard and does good food and drinks s friendly ) Check in - was straight forward , shown to our room without a long wait after a long journey to arrive so that’s good bags carried for us and everything explained to us clearly with what was available in the room and how to use aircon Room - small very clean with hairdryer Plenty of room to unpack your clothes and a dressing table tea coffee kettle and fridge and even some slippers in the cupboard to wear clean bedding and a small balcony which was fine as it was just me and my mum Also Working aircon Breakfast - a range of different foods for breakfast some people like the breakfast others are not keen but it is difficult to please everyone Lunch - which is served at the 24hr bar very good especially if you didn’t want what was for breakfast there is some one making the food to order chips pizza burgers wraps sandwiches so you won’t go hungry Pools - Two options of out door pools a relax pool more to the back of the hotel and pool at the front that you can see on arrival both good and plenty of sun loungers so no one feels the need to leave towels on then although surprisingly enough people felt the need to do this all day and not return at all until the following day the pools are not heated but they really do not need to be I went 22/8/24 for a week and it helped us cool down pool closes at 7pm would be great if it stayed open a while longer Dinner - personally good variety a little bit of something for everyone if your super fussy with food meat fish salad fruit or if you love your food you will find a banquet and not know what food to eat next Late night snack - around midnight served in the 24hour bar which is soup or rice with some sort of stew with meat and bread Service - good clean tidy quick to take plates cups cutlery glasses once you are finished Internet - ‍♀️ …. Ok so before this seems bad let me say I am from Great Britain and I am on o2 phone network and own a iPhone so maybe one of those could have been the issue ‍♀️ i have o2 world wide travel but decided I would try out the wifi ….. I had to add my passport number then a code and room number to connect , it connects you can use it send maybe two three messages and then it stops and unconnected my phone or if I finished messages and still in the same place in the hotel and try use it again maybe a little while later like 30 minutes ….. I am only writing this review because trip.com has bad reviews. I want to thank the company for a wonderful vacation, ours was chic, they offered champagne, instead of an economy room they gave a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I will say the opposite, in my experience the trip was excellent🙏 I will definitely book hotels and more than once through this site. As for the hotel, the hotel is cool, the food is good, the area is large, there is any alcohol, I advise 🙏 I am a public person, through me and my advertisement many of my subscribers came to rest in this hotel and they liked everything 🙏 Definitely recommend😍😍😍

Прямо на берегу, а не через дорогу. В Турции таких единицы. Завтраки - просто праздник каждое утро! Персонал в меру приветлив. Рекомендую привести свои кофейные капсулы для машины Nescafe, хорошие беруши и кусочек мыла:) В остальном всё поекрасно! Да, вот ещё что.... ужасные картины на стенах легко снять и заложить на шкаф. А перед отъездом вернуть на место.

We were very impressed with this hotel on our holiday. We couldnt believe how stunning it was, so much work has gone into it. We checked in evening time and the lovely man on reception explained everything to us and took our bags to our rooms for us. Its spotlessly clean, you see housekeepers and cleaners around all day. As soon as drinks are empty they're taken off the tables, they are always making sure everywhere is clean and tidy. The rooms are lovely and spacious with good amount of storage for clothes. Large showers. Beds were slightly hard and had to ask for an extra blanket as one isn't enough to cover two people comfortably. Aircon takes a bit of messing about with to work but when its on its fab. You get a full fridge worth of drinks including fanta,coke and sprite along with water and juices all free but the soft drinks dont get replenished. The pools are huge,clean and not overcrowded. We seen the whole pool area and beds get deep cleaned in the nights. We were always able to get sunbeds even when people hogged beds for full days with towels and didnt return to use them. The spa facilities are lovely, the atmosphere down there is lovely with the calming music and essential oils.The indoor pool is absolutely freezing but nice for a cold dip if youre too hot. The old guy from the Spa put a downer on our holiday as he was so so pushy,even when told no he kept nagging us to book treatments. We were approached 4-5 different times by this man, one time I was sat by the pool on a phonecall when he and another woman appeared out of nowhere wanting to speak to me, he was told by our friends that i was busy on the phone and didnt want to speak but he didn't take the hint and just stood there staring at me for a good 5+ minutes until i finally had enough and got up to leave to continue my call. He then badgered me and told me I needed to visit his friend he was stood with for skincare as my face was bad (it wasn't,( i just have lots of freckles) he then said something to the woman and she stood staring at me assessing my face and told me i needed to go down to the spa NOW to have laser treatments on my face. It was so unnecessary and rude, i felt so self conscious afterwards and it ruined my day. You need a new Spa rep here if you expect to sell anything. Food is better than expected, they served turkey,lamb,chicken,salmon,fish, fresh chicken kebabs,beef etc and plenty of salad and veggies. Theres always something to eat no matter what the other reviews say. If you're a fussy eater don't go all inclusive. Drinks are really tasty,although you need a few to get anywhere near tipsy! The bartenders are super friendly and helpful, cant fault them. We never seen any pool games and the evening entertainment we did see was naff, for a 5* you'd expect it to be quite good. I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

The hotel is indeed the best hotel I've ever seen in terms of great food, very delicious staff, smiling and cleaning, the beach is very beautiful, I can recommend it to everyone
