We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

It was very pleasant to stay in general. The hotel's location is very short for taxi transport to the airport and to the city centre (the Square), and taxi charges are *** reasonable. If you want to walk, it takes about an hour, which is a distance to make *** meat. My room was clean and the view was very beautiful, even gentle and upgraded my room type. But I have to address one point: although the vast majority of staff are lazy, a staff member has targeted me and has been very tight with unnecessary questions because only the appearance of a staff member is different. I think this is wrong and, to be honest, this has caused me to feel unrestful and nervous every time I go to the lobby. In short, I couldn't stay outside this unsatisfactory experience ***meat was good and the location of the hotel is a great advantage.

Our first time in Trabzon, the staff were very welcoming, we had some difficulties but the staff were very efficient in helping us solve the problem, the restaurant staff were also very good. Wish them all the best in life.

The hotel's room looked beautiful, and we had a sharp smell when we entered. I realized that the smell came from the bathroom after a sticking smell, and every time I entered into the toilet or the bathroom needed it, I was seriously infected. We were going to get up late morning because we came by the night, but Arab customers in the side room shouted on the phone It was poisoned as he spoke. (The walls are thin, the voice of the workers and the hosts comes from the doors)

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

Frankly, it's a perfect location near the centre, and the view is beautiful, but the hotel is old Shoi, and the room is very close once, just lifting your hand, sticking in the roof, that means a day or two is a lot of good.

Those who are interested in staying at a hotel, I advise them to book in the hotel, but for those who are interested in the beauty of the room and the beauty of the design, I do not recommend renting with them.
