Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Basic hotel for a very good price. Limited breakfast included. It appears there is some renovation going on at this time.

The room is spacious and bright, and the hygiene is good, but I couldn't find anyone at the front desk. I went downstairs to ask if there was a pair of slippers.

The moment I entered the hotel was so good, the room was pleasant and clean. The beds and all the furniture were so tidy and the room atmosphere was so good. Overall hotel All corners were good !! I will definitely use it again next time!

The son returned home and flew from Atlanta to Amsterdam and needed to stay overnight in Atlanta. A 10-minute drive from the airport, this family happened to encounter anti-racial discrimination riots across the United States and curfews across the city. The bus between the hotel and the airport also stopped, the restaurant was not open, not even breakfast! There is a coffee tube that sells some sandwiches or something. Fortunately, just one night, barely fill your stomach, hurry and leave!

What a fantastic design! The symmetrical atrium and strong sense of hierarchy are simply captivating. From the room, you can also enjoy the Atlanta skyline and the sunrise. The hotel was right off of I-95 and the location was wonderful. When we checked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff and quick service. We went up to our room and it initially wasn't up to me and my partner's cleanliness standards. When we alerted the front desk they quickly moved us to a new room that was pristine. The night was quiet and comfortable with plenty of eateries nearby. Breakfast was served hot and over a long period of time, but it was lackluster by the time we ate. It's very much your standard hotel fare breakfast. Checkout was fast and easy with their express check out system. Thank you!

Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.
