It is located in a residential area about 300 meters outside the west gate of the ancient city. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is not on the main road and is very quiet. The decoration is quite good. It feels like it is a new hotel. It can almost catch up with Atour in China. The facilities are very good, which is rare when traveling in Central Asia. The bed is big and comfortable, and the room is spacious and bright. The service attitude is excellent. There are people greeting you when you enter and exit. They are very enthusiastic and provide various snacks for free. The breakfast restaurant is also quite good, but the food is hard to comment on. After all, I don’t like local food. It doesn’t look too rich, but there are very few people, so there is probably no need to make it complicated. Overall, it's well worth a stay.

It is a relatively good hotel in this city and is recommended to stay in. It is not far from the ancient city by taxi, and the taxi fare is also cheap. The Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and affordable.

It's right in front of the west gate of Ichankala. The location is so good. There is a hamburger shop, cafe, and restaurant nearby, Hibamun, and a little big supermarket 7 minutes away. The staff are so praised. Breakfast is also tidy. The fruits are so delicious.

Завтрак с элементами традиционной кухни — очень вкусно и сытно. В коридоре всегда есть холодный чай с лимоном, что оказалось приятным бонусом. Отель расположен удобно — найти легко, а от входа в Ичан-Калу всего несколько минут пешком. Мы остались в полном восторге и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова. Рекомендуем!

This hotel was convenient because it was close to the airport and there were many airline staff around. They were also very helpful when I had a problem. The shower doesn't have a curtain, so you might need to be a little careful when showering. The breakfast was delicious.

Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

Pros - Spacious and clean - Location is not bad - Free shuttle service available - A generous breakfast buffet - English-speaking and friendly front desk staff - Quiet and quiet I stayed two nights and couldn't find any cons. Considering there are hotels within Ichan Kala, the distance to the hotel is a little less than 10 minutes by car or a little over 30 minutes on foot, but there's a free shuttle service, and it's not a bad idea to walk there and enjoy the sights.

It was a great choice. Located within the Ichankala district, the view of the castle from the rooftop, and the tranquil night sky during the holiday season, were unforgettable. Perhaps it was because the UNESCO event took place two months prior? Most of the castle hotels had been renovated for winter. Everything in the Old City seemed to have been remodeled. The interior of Khan's Palace was also immaculate. The tiled hallway and bathroom floors were heated with heated underfloor heating, instantly warming my chilled body. The sparkling, warm lobby made me want to walk barefoot. Indeed, the owner's young sons were walking around barefoot. The restaurant's furniture was also new and unique, captivating. The room's special feature was the two outlets in the bedroom. However, one drawback was that the bathroom shelves and hangers were placed too high, making it uncomfortable for a short person like me. Despite this, the towels provided were crisp and clean, making it a perfect score.
