We booked the Superior Twin Room - High Floor - Non-Smoking, which was located on the 21st floor. I thought the room would be big, as the photos on the website suggested, but it was not. We hardly placed our big suitcase and packed our luggage. The room and the bed were so tiny that it only fit one person. I think this hotel is designed more for business purposes than for tourism. Also, we ordered the hotel breakfast and thought it would be served inside the hotel, but it turned out that the hotel gave us redemption tickets and asked us to have breakfast at the restaurant located on the ground floor, right next to the front desk and the restaurant. The food was not bad, and they provided two options, such as Japanese and Western breakfasts. We only had breakfast there for two days; for the other days, we ate outside near the hotel, where there were more options, and the price and quality were even better. Regarding check-out time, we were asked to leave the room by 10 a.m., which was too early for us. If you want to check out later, you need to pay 1,000 yen per hour. That means if you want to check out at 12 p.m., you need to pay 2,000 yen. I think the early check-out time is very inconvenient for guests, especially when breakfast at the restaurant is available until 11 a.m. It seems quite unreasonable.

Location and Accessibility: Perfectly located in central Nagoya, the hotel offers easy access to attractions and public transport. Room: The moderate double room was stylish, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However the aircon in the room was not cold, the hotel had to provide us a portable fan and we have to open the window slightly to let the cool air in. I would have rated the facilities to be 5 stars if the aircon is cool enough. Service and Facilities: The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel amenities, including Wi-Fi were excellent. We didn't try the public bath though, it was very crowded. Overall Impression: Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier provided a fantastic stay with its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

We specifically chose a hotel after days of staying at guesthouses and airbnbs as we travelled from Tokyo to Hakuba to Magome and finally Nagoya. We only spent a night here, and we wished it was more! From the train station, it was a 10-15-minute walk to the hotel. We were tired but Nagoya at night was beautiful, so it was fine. It was a bit far from the restaurants, although there was a nearby tax-free grocery store that we took advantage of before we left. The size of the room was decent for a couple, the double bed was big enough and comfortable, and the linens were fresh-smelling and very clean. The closet was spacious enough for all our stuff. The room was basic, and the desk and chair could only be used by one person at a time (we had to bring work, ugh). The bathroom, I loved! I really impressed the hotel. Especially , the location. It,s very convenient for my dad aged 74 to walk out to the airport by walking along. Nearby , we can reach convenience store. The lobby is so modern.

I stayed at the hotel for one night due to a late arrival. It is conveniently located near the airport, within a walking distance of approximately 10-15 minutes. Since it was late, most of the restaurants were closed. However, if you get hungry, there are 2-3 Family Mart stores in the nearby buildings. The breakfast provided was good, and the complimentary drinks offered in the lobby were a nice bonus. The room itself is quite old, but it was sufficient for a few hours of sleep. Most of the shops and restaurants in the airport open at 10 am, so if you want to explore before heading to the city, you can check out at that time.

I used it when I walked ”town” in Tokoname. It is about a 3-minute walk from ”Meitetsu Tokoname Station” and there is also a free flat parking lot, so it is convenient to go by train or by car (I went by car). Location The property is located about 5-10 mins walk from the Nagoya Chuba airport station. Outside of that, there is not much in the area outside of other nearby airport hotels. It is located next to the water, therefore the waterview is quite assured. The hotel does provide an airport shuttle especially during the morning hours - which I did not use as the walk to the airport was very doable even with large luggage. There is a walk bridge connecting the terminal to this airport hotel area. Check In I arrived quite late, around 11 pm at the property to intially an empty lobby area but did get busy after. I was helped immediately by what seems to be the only agent working that evening. I already saw on the Bonvoy app that one of my room was already upgraded to a Junior suite, while the 2nd room in my reservation was the room type that I had reserved. This was quite a long time ago as an Elite Titanium that I received an upgrade especially at a Four Points property. I was asked to select my welcome gift which I selected for the breakfast - since it already starts at 6 am which gave me sufficient time to have breakfast before going to the airport (since I knew at that the JAL domestic lounge would have zero options for breakfast). Room One of the room was on a lower floor, while the Suite was on the highest floor of the property (5th if I remember correctly). As expected it was a very spacious room - although without any separated bedroom and living area. The interior decoration of the hotel was aviation based and on the industrial concept - with a lot of dark tones - which I liked a lot, but I guess this is very personal point. On the other hand, there was no real option to brighten up the room further as the lighting was limited too - so it's not the best if you're someone who prefers a more lighted/bright room. The room had a large floor to ceiling windows facing the water, which in the morning I already noticed would have given the room a very bright feel with the natural lighting. There was no closed wardrobe, but it was an open concept. The bed was the main object in the room with the working desk situated behind the headboard area (this reminded me of the Metropol Belgrade property room). Outside of this, there was a small sitting area with a nice view towards the water and the terminal and hotel buildings. There was a small in room gift left by the hotel as an Elite welcome gesture - which was nice. The TV was of a larger size with the usual channels for an international chain hotel in Japan. Internet speed was good - stable and worked well for usual usage. The climate control in the room worked well being silence and managing to keep the room temperature as desired. Sleep quality was good - the bed did seem to be the US King siz

Close to the airport with small free parking on site so works well the night before an early morning flight if you need to return a car hire. A few restaurants within walking distance. Did not try facilities. Breakfast was quite average for western taste but that tends to be the case in Japan. Nothing fancy but comfortable and does the job well.

When booking, you have already filled out two sets of toothbrushes and one set. The hotel only provides 2 sets of toothbrushes and slippers, and the third set has to be purchased for an additional fee.
