A cosy hotel with really friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was a little small compared to what we have been used to. But the helpfulness and friendliness of the Hotel staff made up for everything. Air conditioning on the first night was a little hot (we went to Fukui in the summer time), but was OK on the 2nd night. You can choose your own pillow and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, cotton buds, sewing kit etc) from the 5th floor - so funny! But reception is on the 5th floor (not the 1st). The hotel thoughtfully provided a laundry drying rack so you can dry laundry in the room. The shampoo, conditioner and body foam (made with Royal Jelly) made my hair really soft and manageable! Very convenient to drive to Tojinbo Cliffs too!

While the bathroom and vanity top seems really outdated, the beds and carpet were new. The 2 queensized bed was so comfortable and very spacious for our family. The hotel has no kitchen and does not have a breakfast option. There was a arcade section with claw machines that could keep the kids entertained. This seems to be a family oriented hotel. We would like to thank the frontdesk Manager for helping to send a luggage that we left behind to Nagoya for us. We could not find a email to your website.
