During my recent 5-day 4-night stay, I booked a family suite and had a pleasant experience overall. Initially, the room provided had issues with the air-conditioning, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating, promptly agreeing to switch us to a new room without any hassle. The family suite was spacious and well-furnished, with two single beds, one queen bed, and even a large sofa, making it comfortable for a group or family. The bathroom was clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The availability of free parking was also a plus, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated close to tourist attractions and local food courts, which made exploring the area easy. Although I didn’t try the breakfast buffet this time, it is a nice touch that I look forward to experiencing on my next visit. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with helpful staff and a convenient location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, family-friendly accommodation option.

Good hotel with large room. Price is reasonable. Near to river and easy to find food.. got a lot of ants in the bathroom. And got something smelly when u just enter to lobby (smelt like strong wet carpet).

It's located in the center of Ayer Keroh which very convenient for visitor if have any event nearby especially in MITC Melaka. It's suitable for park and rest type of hotel rather than for leisure as very lack of restaurants or any sightseeing within walkable distance. The room is spacious and clean compared to the price offered. Plenty of carpark (open) is available. Its location near to the Masjid Al Azim which is convenient for Muslim. During check-in, guest have to pay Deposit (refundable) of RM50 and RM2 (not refundable) for local tax.
