Other than that, its worth the price. Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is provided and its quite reasonable with the price. Location nearby malls and walking distance to LRT/BRT USJ 7.

It was a very nice staycation. The location is very close to the largest and vibrant mall in PJ which is connected via linkage bridge and 5mins of walking. My family and I had a delicious seafood buffet dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday which was very sumptous. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden inn hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have received a welcome drink when we are check-in at the hotel lobby. Hotel room very cozy, clean and bed very comfortable. Location is not convenient, parking is free.

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.

Newly renovated and spacious room, a comfortable bed, equipped with mini fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and multichannel TV, 1.2 metre depth pool on the second floor is clean and suitable for beginners, great services from the front desk and concierge, easy accessible to MRT station and eateries. Highly recommended for travellers to PJ area.

Love the entire experience of staying here. Will forever be my usual place whenever i come to kl! Best part, staffs were so lovely when they found out it was my birthday and sent a lovely cake over! ❤️

Its a pleasure staying here located next to DPulze shopping center mall which easy to do what u want food movies or else. Room was ok quite spacious and have kitchen. provided with kitchen appliance. Easy parking per day is rm5. It also comes with roof top swimming pool. Overall satisfied with this stay. My only complaint is the room is not perfectly clean, i can barely see dust at specific area and another thing is im not requested house keeping when im going out, but after coming back my room was completely has been tidy up luckily there's no valuables things was missing at that time. Till Next time will come again because of hospitality of this hotel was so good.

We had a wonderful stay far from the hustling bustling town area. Just a few minutes/walk to Ioi city mall. They provided hourly shuttle bus. Hotel is awesome with great family activities. Love their facilities and of cos the pool and kids water play is the biggest highlight of the trip. Variety of food buffet during the breakfast(especially the Indian food section!) Smooth entrance during the breakfast period. Quite crowded but still manageable.

Is a decent hotel but do not expect much in terms of service. Room size is big but cleanliness has more room to improve. They played Christmas music on the room floor lobby so loud that I can even hear it in my room ( my room is not the nearest to the lift lobby) and had to call on two days to ask them to lower the volume. The cafe has limited choices on their menu. Will I come back? Yes if I need to do business around that area but is not a hotel that I will want to stay if I have a choice.

Strategic location. Just a walking distance to mall & have 2 food truck area nearby the hotel. Nice view of masjid shah alam 👍 breakfast is ok. Parking is free for in-house guest but the ramp quite narrow. Overall good.

We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. My trip was perfect. Yes it was a bit expensive because it was on school holidays. But it was a perfect staycation. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room not only have the pool view but i get to see the twin tower from afar as well. The room was spacious and clean. The buggy was available hourly to go to ioi city mall. The in room dining was delicios. We ordered pizza, sandwhiches, mac n cheese and nasi goreng kampung. The price was as expected. But the pepsi can was rm18! Haha a bit shock on that. The breakfast spread was good and delicious too. The pool was huge with 2 slides. Perfect for the kids. Many foc activities too at the pool such as fish feeding and hoverboard lesson. I enjoyed it!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel. While the location is quite far from the city center, the hotel itself offers a comfortable and pleasant experience with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. During my stay, I had lunch at their Chinese restaurant, Yue. I ordered the abalone fried rice, which was absolutely delicious — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. However, my dining experience was marred by a strong tobacco smell coming from the nearby cigar lounge. This was highly disappointing and clearly a poor design choice to place a cigar lounge on the same floor as two restaurants. It negatively impacted what could have been a perfect meal. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking comfort and quality service, but the cigar lounge placement is a serious flaw that management should reconsider to enhance the dining atmosphere.

Located beside Subang medical center . Hotel is pretty rundown. The hotel was holding exhibit of an artist. Went to the salon located at the lobby . Boss is very friendly and price is very reasonable. Had my keratin treatment done . Upon entering the room , the walkway outside the bathroom was wet . Housekeeping forgot to close the fridge door resulting on the watery patch . This hotel is suitable for younger couples who drives . Personally will not recommend for families with children as there’s no amenities nearby other than 1-2 coffeeshops opposite the hotel and a kmart ( about 10mins walk) .

This is our second time staying at Ascot Somerset. Extremely convenient to commute around and plenty of good food across the road especially the Hokkien Mee at the end to the right. The roast duck at the same stall is definitely not to be missed with its tender and juicy meat. I bought one full duck for myr78 to bring home to Spore to share with the family. Highly recommended.

Was at this hotel for business trip for 2 nights and my review as follows: 1) Location: It is in the neighbourhood of Bandar Sri Damansara, not that difficult to locate using waze but the surrounding of the hotel is currently construction of the new MRT line. Having said that, despite the on-going constructions, roads remain clear and easy to drive. There is also proper indoor basement parking (few levels) and thankfully the parking are not tight. It was easy to turn and park. Not too far from the hotel, there is two huge coffee shop selling various hawker food and there is also a stretch of halal warung (within 1km drive). Grab food and food panda delivery service are also available and quite a lot of choices too. So, overall, i think the location is ok for this hotel. 2) Lobby and Check in Lobby is nice with high ceiling. Check in was fast and being a weekday, there was no queue at all. I like the fact they placed two containers of plain water and mango juice at the lobby. Guests can help themselves with those drinks whenever at lobby. Just some suggestion, maybe the hotel can put in few slices of lemon to the plain water container. This will look more classy in my opinion. 3) Room 1305 (Suite Room) Being Accorshotel member, I was upgraded to the Suite Room. It was spacious with living room. The mattress and pillows are very comfy especially with a layer of mattress topper. Bathroom is the usual Ibis concept. It was modern and nice with rainshower. Maybe my only comment is the frosted glass isnt really frosted as one can still see the shadow of the person inside very clearly. It may be akward if you are staying with a colleague. I suggest the hotel to put another layer of frosting for all twin rooms (as these rooms are usually for travellers who arent couple/business colleagues). Anyway, I did have a good sleep at this hotel. So the room are value for money. 4) Wifi Wifi is free and easy to connect. Speed is ok and consistent. 5) Buffet Breakfast Surprisingly for Ibis standard, the buffet breakfast is quite good. There are a lot of selections daily such as Nasi Lemak, noodles, chee cheong fun, porridge, cereals, salads, fruits, bread & pastries, western option like baked beans, sausages, samosa, dim sum, hash browns etc. They also offers egg station services. They also have coffee machine with selections including latte & cappucino. Quite impressive. For improvement, I think the noodle soup corner should be replaced with something else as it was not a popular choice or maybe the noodles are just not presented properly. I think just replaced it with mushroom soup would be better. The juices also are not chilled enough on my 2 times breakfast at the restaurant. I strongly suggest to put in few slices of lemon into the plain water container - it will be refreshing but most importantly, the drinks/juices should be chilled properly. If not, it wont taste good. Overall, having stayed at Ibis cheras, Ibis KLCC and Ibis Fraser Park

The room was clean, toilet amenities such as toothbrush and shower cap are provided. Water pressure was good and aircon was excellent. Extra pillow is chargeable at RM10 each. 2 bottled water provided complementary. We asked the cafe worker for the complimentary breakfast option, he responded wtih nasilemak and meehoon goreng; coffee and tea are free flow from the dispenser. The coffee and tea were luke warm and tasteless; meehoon and nasi lemak were very cold. We saw the menu listed on the board and ordered another set of breakfast that consists of croissant, americano and half/softboiled which we asked for softboiled. At the same time, the worker then informed that our nasilemak set also comes with the same option of eggs, I wonder why didn't he informed earlier. The coffee were freshly brewed but nothing near to being good, croissant was hard and we were served with half boiled eggs instead of the softboiled we requested and what made it worse was they were not even half boiled, more like 1/4 boiled, not forgetting there were chicken dropping stuck on the egg when served. For the price paid (RM103), the room is satisfactory. Keep your stomach for other food nearby. Don't miss the famous Warung Opah nasi lemak right next to it at the corner.
