The pick up and drop off were a breeze. Staff were amazingly helpful, given clear instruction, easy to communicate and flexibility for extension. The rental price is quite reasonable, must book early. Go for hybrid version for better fuel. Will definitely book with U-save again if I ever go back to Bologna. Thank you

Picking up and dropping off the vehicle wasn't difficult. However, they did try to steer the situation in a way that made an upgrade feel almost inevitable. I ended up upgrading as well (for an additional 60 euros). Other than that, there were absolutely no other issues. The card refund was processed immediately as well.
