BYD Song PLUS New Energy
Had an excellent experience with Europcar at Heathrow. The collection process was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Although the BYD Seal U Hybrid I originally expected was unavailable, I was offered a choice of an Omoda 7 Hybrid, BYD Atto 2 and Peugeot 3008. I opted for the Omoda 7 Hybrid, which turned out to be a great choice. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, and worked really well for our road trip.
Returning the car was equally easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very pleasant rental experience from start to finish. Would happily recommend Europcar to anyone looking to rent a car in the UK!

Always satisfied with Europcar. This is my first time at London Heathrow branch, previously I rented at Belfast airport, Leeds and Newcastle branch. The lady in the reception desk was extremely helpful, smooth check in and returning process, and they gave me the key even though I booked for 1.5 hour later. Complementary free shuttle pick up service is lit. The rented Car also extremely clean and brand new, worth the price! Refund was seamless a day after.Definitely Europcar still my fav to rent!
