Vehicle handover was simple, and returning it was also easy. Please note that a deposit is required at the branch. Refunds upon return vary by company and branch; sometimes it is refunded immediately, but usually it takes 1-2 weeks, or even up to a month. Also, they usually don't give you the car I selected, but rather a similar vehicle. Overall, I am satisfied.

The car was spotless and had very low mileage when I handed it over. Mr. Bayram and a lady were very helpful while I was completing the paperwork at the counter. Picking up the car was very easy; they explained everything I needed to do clearly. Despite not speaking German, I had no problems. The handover process was also handled smoothly. I would like to thank the Europcar staff at Düsseldorf Airport for making my trip easier and for their friendly and helpful attitude. Would I use them again? Absolutely yes!

It was a fantastic experience! The vehicle was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and problem-free. The pick-up and drop-off processes were very quick. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely choose them again and recommend them to everyone.

During the pick-up at the carpark, the staff was not very helpful and tried to find excuses for not providing support in answering queries we had on the functions for the car. Not sure if he was temporary staff while the main staff was away. However, during the drop-off, it was smooth and efficient.

The whole process was smooth and easy, from picking up the car to returning it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the car was clean and in great condition. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no unnecessary complications. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them!

The app was very quick, but I had some questions about the insurance coverage. I called and it was easy to get in touch and have them clarify it for me.

Cupra Leon
The car was good because it was a hybrid, it was economical for us, but we had reserved a Cupra Leon and the woman told us that they didn't have a Cupra and that the car she could offer us might be a Seat Ibiza or a Toyota Corolla hybrid, so it wasn't in the same segment. However, the process was easy. She deducted an extra 50 euros from the deposit, without explaining the reason in the email. I will ask again.

Even though I entered all my information when renting a car through Trip.com, I'm asked for all of it again and again when picking up the vehicle. I think there's a software issue here. This causes unnecessary workload and wasted time for the company!
