Family-friendly Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

There’s also big shrimps in the buffet line. I have never seen this option from other hotels. The room itself is also spacious. Location of this hotel is perfect, quite close to all main tourist attractions.

It is the largest store in the Snow Valley. The lights are very beautiful at night. It is not as biased as the comments say. My girlfriend likes to take a lot of photo but due to the coldness I can only help her take 3 or 4 photo before I need to wear back my gloves. Ding shu also let us play with the bicycle and slippery buoy behind his backyard for free. The food is very delicious too

So thoughtful. The location is excellent, walking distance to St Sophia, shopping malls, Zhongshan main street and the SongHua River. Room is so pretty, colour theme is so soothing to the eyes, bed were superbly comfy, room is very clean. The toilet has a dyson hair dryer! Highly recommend Mercure St Sophia to travellers, you gonna love it!

It could be one of the best accommodation you could get at the hilly area, generally worth for money, 秋姐 always helpful in everything, helping to arrange transport, arrange trip to Wu Song Ling and other. Rooms we had are spacious with good view, bed and pillow was comfy, very clean washroom and it’s overall a very cozy room that make me feels really relaxing. Foods are good with reasonable price, we enjoy the food that they recommended very much. I’m highly recommended this place if you’re visiting snow town. Will definitely stay there again if am going back in future.
