Extremely friendly service. Clean rooms. I was nervous about staying near a busy area, but it was pretty quiet. Super convenient to walk to and from rangers games. Pool was nice, and had a park area nearby to take my dog to potty. Hotel provided my dog a bag with bowls, tag, treats, and poop bags. Would love to stay here again!
Oh... I was bitten so many times by mosquitoes. It was really annoying. This is the first time I was bitten so many times by mosquitoes when I stayed in a hotel!!!!!
The room had a bit of odor, but it was fine after I opened the ventilation. Everything else was fine!!!

The hotel's literary atmosphere is very strong! The tables in the hall are big drums, free coffee and sweets in the morning and afternoon, and the front desk and foyer are good. What I want to say is that the customer service service has not been called for fifteen minutes. Later, I can't wait for their service and go to sleep. Hotel breakfast is not self-help, I also have a good point, can eat! The hotel bed is relatively small, the two adults with a child will be very crowded, the bed is also super soft, the children are lying down and pressing a pit, the waist is not good enough to pay attention. The location is superb, the art gallery is one minute opposite, and the natural science museum is worth three or five minutes. However, the Marriott Hotel in the Museum District where I stayed the night before was also very good. I went out to the subway. I didn't have to go up and down the underground passage. I went to the art gallery area three times and got off at the front of the hotel.

The hotel was in the best location downtown. I was able to easily find street parking next to the hotel with the city meter. I stayed Sunday and parking was free but the main entrance was locked due to construction I believe. My only “complaint” is having to access the room via another hotel, but it was manageable. I was able to walk to popular spots like 6th street in minutes and walked to the Moody Center for a concert. There were many places to visit nearby with many attractions nearby. Overall great hotel!

The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it.
We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Galleria Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near the Galleria was perfect. Great amenities and overall a smooth, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Unreasonable charges! ! !
Originally this was a hotel with no merits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The key was the location, which was not far from the art museum and the Natural History Museum. There was nothing special about it. Breakfast was average, with fruit but no vegetable salad. But leaving the checkout left me feeling confused and even worse. After breakfast on the first day, the male waiter asked me to sign the bill. I said my room included breakfast, but the waiter said it didn't matter. I just had to sign and the front desk would know. I signed it, it was $52 for two people. The next day, we also chose the buffet for breakfast, and the waitress brought us each a glass of apple juice. I got the bill before I left, put down the order and left. I signed it without even looking at it. Signing an order without looking carefully is a hard lesson! ! ! When I checked out, I found that there was an extra $30, so I asked what the price was. The front desk said it was a breakfast tip on the 5th. I said I was eating from the buffet, but the waiter just poured me two glasses of apple juice without me giving a tip. Is she going to take the initiative to write a $20 tip on the bill? Is this reasonable? I can pay the money, because it’s my fault that I didn’t read the bill and signed it, so I have to acknowledge the bill. But I just want to ask him if this is reasonable? The front desk called the restaurant manager. The manager didn't say it was a tip. He said I chose a set meal and they would charge something else. This is absolutely hilarious! The order typed out to me clearly stated gratuity. I will never go to any Omni Hotel again! Too confusing! Ctrip customer service communicated with them, but they still insisted on their approach.

Good location close to the airport, has a free transfer to the airport shared with other hotels. From airport to hotel I had to wait 1.30 h for the transfer to come and call the hotel 5 times, and every time I was told the shuttle would arrive in 10 min.
The room is big and good, very nice location
Gym only machine is out of order.
Breakfast is basic but good, nice complimentary coffee available all day
