GGuest UserThis is my second visit to Quebec City. I fell in love with this beautiful old city because of the Korean drama 'Goblin'. The river view rooms are indeed beautiful. I believe anyone who comes to Quebec City and enters the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac will fall in love with this place!
On the first night, the Fairmont King Room provided by the hotel was on the 4th floor facing the inner courtyard. However, there was a noisy machine outside the window, which woke me up around 5 AM. After some thought, I contacted Trip.com customer service to help me negotiate with the hotel for a room change. By noon that day, I received an email from the hotel informing me that the room had been changed. The new room was on the 7th floor, and this room had no noise disturbing my sleep! Thanks to Trip.com customer service for their help! And thank you to Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac for their prompt arrangement!
(The hotel rooms are equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, etc. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, making dining and shopping super convenient!)

NNeibugedaibolaThe location is great, the food is delicious and the scenery is beautiful, the spa is nice, the swimming pool is also great, and ordering takeout is very convenient.
I would recommend the cafe and restaurant on the first floor. The underground passage leads directly to McGill/Eaton.

GGuest UserWe had a great experience at the Manoir Richelieu Hotel. A historical site where old meets new! The site is well kept while maintaining a historical vibe to it. Clean hotel, staff very friendly and wants to help to allow you to live a memorable experience. They go out of their way! Food at the hotel was very good , the restaurant was a 5* experience! Pool, spa, sauna , gym, game room, cinema, sports equipment offered, forest trails, skating rings outdoor, singer on weekend nights were all great experiences and we would go back anytime! :) it was definitely a beautiful discovery! The only problem was a miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel as trip.com states the breakfast is 15$ on site . It is not the case but they ended up honouring it when I showed them my detailed reservation information.

DDee2061What an amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the crystal suite which is a corner suite with huge windows overlooking the city. The room was so fancy with high end luxury decor and furnishings. The bathroom was huge with a soaking tub and tiled shower. The room was stocked with snacks and a bar with various liquor. I felt like I was back in a Las Vegas hotel. We had a minor issue with a light bulb flickering and someone came to replace it within 10 mins of us calling the front desk. Top notch service. The room was very quiet. We parked in a garage a few blocks down that was reasonably priced so it was a quick walk over.

GGURKARANSofitel was an amazing place! We really enjoyed the welcome service, the location was decently convenient, the hotel was clean, and it was close enough to amenities and restaurants. I do wish it looked more pretty on the outside, inside, and there was a more grand lobby. The lobby area was okay, and it doesn’t feel too premium.

JjeffreycschowThis is a wonderful resort that pleases us in all respects. We believe it is the brightest gem in the Montreal region
The accommodation is:
- immaculately well maintained;
- located in a vantage point shrouded in tranquility;
- nice and comfortable house that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean;
- very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;
Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed!

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel again on the last day of my return trip. The room facilities, hygiene and environment were still very good, but the floor I was assigned this time was lower, the orientation was not as good as last time, and the window in the room was not as big as last time, facing a big white wall. I contacted the front desk and they changed me to another room. Another thing I didn't understand was that all the bottles of shower gel, shampoo and lotion in this room were empty. After calling the front desk, they sent someone to restock them, which was quite timely. As a high-end hotel, this kind of mistake should not be made.

CChristopheTin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Séjour d'exception au Four Seasons
I've had the chance to stay at Four Seasons and I want to express my full gratitude for the excellent service.
From my arrival, each team member has shown a rare, authentic and delicate attention a true non-fault from the beginning to the end.
Special mention for the care massage: an experience of a remarkable professionalism, among the best I've been able to live to date.
This stay reminded me why the Four Seasons facilities are unique: this ability to anticipate the needs, create a personalized feeling of comfort... and to give an eye to return again and again.
I'm already looking forward to returning to discover your hospitality, which, I feel, is continuing to re-inventate for your faithful guests.
Thank you for this memorable experience.
