5-Star Hotels in Guizhou, China

A beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location. Very attentive and friendly service. At first, we were hesitant about staying in such a ”luxurious” hotel because of the impact on the surroundings, but we wanted to get away from the tourist bustle of Xijiang and explore the surrounding Miao villages. This hotel's location made it possible. We walked for hours through rice paddies and Miao villages, free of tourists. We also learned that the hotel staff are young Miao people, and the hotel uses its profits to help the locals. Returning to the hotel, the facilities are beautiful and tastefully designed. The rooms are very comfortable and lack every detail. The food is delicious. The best part is sleeping in the middle of the rice paddies, with the Longtang village on the hill, watching the stars and listening to the frogs. Without a doubt, the best experience of our trip to China. We will return!

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!

Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the housekeeping staff were very meticulous. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful. Before check-in, I called the hotel with some questions, and they were all addressed promptly and effectively. I really appreciate their assistance. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It's also easily accessible from both the high-speed rail station and the airport. The friendly staff at the front desk assigned me a room on the 45th floor, which offered a truly spectacular view. Overall, I was pleased, though there were a couple of minor issues to note. The pillows were a little too flat, and the bedside lamp switch wasn't very responsive. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory. Thumbs up!

Very good location! Getting to the main village is pretty far from bus and car drop off at the tourist ticketing counter. You will have to take a bus and buggy in so carry light or something manageable as you will have to push them through uneven stones. Once you’re at the village, the hotel is just a few steps from the scenic drop off point. Hotel staff is friendly, we were offered a complimentary cocktail drink and ethnic clothing rental at another outlet 50m away. It’s also near an ethnic clothing rental shop (it’s good, we’ve tried them), restaurant and village buggy point. We were grateful we’ve booked this place as we don’t have to push our luggages around further. Room was clean, aesthetic, with a good view of a plantation. The hotel lobby is very grand! The room facilities are also very good! Late check-out is possible! Free midnight snacks are also prepared on holidays, starting at 9pm. The hotel is located in Huichuan District, next to the shopping center, and there are many snack bars and shops along the street. It is very convenient to travel.

The room is 3.3-3.5 meters high, very high. Picture 2 is the 800-meter entrance, which can be used as a reference for those who are renovating their houses. Picture 4 has too few types of breakfast, which may be related to the small number of people staying. Everyone went to cook rice noodles, but the rice noodles were good, see Picture 6

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the snack street and night market. The front desk service is warm, polite, responsive, and proactively upgraded the room. The room is large, not only with welcome fruits, but also free drinks at the Mini Bar. There are also delicious late-night beef noodles, chicken noodles, beef noodles, etc. to enjoy. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh, with many varieties and long opening hours (7 am to 12 pm). There is even a special oven to supply sweet baked sweet potatoes. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance; special cocktails are located in the executive lounge on the right side of the lobby. A very satisfying stay experience, I felt the hospitality and service spirit of Zunyi during the New Year!

Wonderful hotel right in the center of Zhaoxing with an amazing view on the entire village and the surroundings. The hotel seems newly renovated, everything was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, because of the heavy rains in the days preceding our stay, the water in the swimming pool caught some algae and they had to take it out, clean the pool, and refill it again, which is why we couldn't make use of it during our stay (we only stayed for two days). That was a bit unfortunate as the entire swimmingpool area is incredibly beautiful and with the summer heat it would have been nice to do a swim after the hikes. But all the rest was absolutely wonderful. We actually stayed there on the day of my birthday and the hotel organized a wonderful birthday cake for me and even decorated the room. It was amazing and I would like to thank the staff again for their kindness. Our arrangement included the afternoon tea and the breakfast, both of them delicious and generous. Breakfast included the typical Chinese soups, rice, etc. while also offering Western style bread, marmelade, butter and lots of fruits. What merits a special mention is the outdoor bath tub directly on the balcony. Every evening they prepared the bath tub with special bathing oils and taking a bath right before going to sleep on our outdoor terrace was a sheer delight! We will remember it as a very special place, with incredibly nice and kind people. Thank you for having made this stay so special for us!

I like this hotel very much. The room is in line with my expectations, clean and refreshing, the layout is very reasonable and I like it very much. The guest relations lady is very considerate! I felt cared for and at home. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel. The location is really excellent. Friends, don't miss it!
