Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.
Location: A taxi from the city center costs about 40-50 yuan, and from Longmen Grottoes about 25 yuan. In other words, this location is in the middle of nowhere, so be careful if you're not driving and don't want to spend the money on taxis.
Facilities: They say it opened on April 19, 25th, but the facilities are a bit underwhelming. The door sinks and is difficult to open. The bathroom seal is almost falling off, and the push-pull handle is stuck backwards. The sink is high, and people under 1.7 meters tall, whether men or women, will get soaked constantly. The worst part is that the hot water comes out as a yellow muddy mess. The elevator is either broken or unresponsive, and the button area is almost falling off. It's really scary. Aside from the relatively spacious space, everything else feels desolate.
Cleanliness: Construction was ongoing while the hotel was operating, and there was dirt everywhere. I couldn't tell whose hair belonged to me in the room.
Service: The hardware and software are substandard. I don't know why they have such confidence, but none of my requests were met. Furthermore, the welcome fruit was listed when I booked, but I didn't see a single peel. There is no pick-up service, nor is there any free Hanfu rental. In short, the platform should be regulated. The exaggerated publicity is a bit too much and it is basically a scam.
The hotel service was absolutely exceptional, to the point where you almost feel pampered! First off, they offer an airport/train station pick-up and drop-off service. For pick-up, they hold a sign, and upon entering the car, you're offered refreshing towels, special peony cakes, and sliced fruit. Inside the hotel, nearly all staff members—from the buffet service to housekeeping, and even staff just passing by—demonstrated an incredibly high level of service awareness. The only exception was two rather arrogant front desk ladies on one particular day, whose attitude was quite dismissive. Breakfast was also fantastic, which we thoroughly enjoyed. My dad was especially pleased with the salmon, and there was a wide variety of snacks available daily. On our second day, upon returning to our room after a stroll, the housekeeping staff noticed I had hand-washed some intimate apparel. She thoughtfully left a sweet note, along with some laundry detergent and hair ties. It was incredibly heartwarming! We also received small gifts every day – I got two fridge magnets, a small mirror, and a Labubu keychain. My husband joked that I was completely won over by all the little presents, but honestly, that's not the whole story; I genuinely feel the overall experience far exceeded its value for money.

The lady at the front desk noticed we had a child and kindly upgraded us to a larger room. The room was clean and quite spacious upon entry, and the bed was huge. Our family of three slept comfortably without feeling cramped at all.
The hotel pool was also great. It's not open to external private coaching, so when we went in the morning, it was just our family. This was a pleasant change from some hotels that open to the public and become so crowded you can barely move!
And of course, the InterContinental breakfast was superb and extensive. The service was also excellent; staff even proactively offered to make my coffee.
The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient.
We drove here, and just a small suggestion regarding parking: for out-of-town guests like us, the hotel signage for parking was a bit sparse. We ended up driving around for quite a while before finally finding it tucked away in a corner on Basement 3!

A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.
I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Zhengzhou. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a challenging hotel to review, so I'll just provide an objective description of its pros and cons, and you can make your own decision.
I've visited Luoyang many times, and on this trip, I finally managed to book tickets for the Luoyang Museum, bringing my kids along for a few days. Big data truly delivered – right after I secured the museum tickets, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) aggressively recommended this hotel. Frankly, most of what was shown on Xiaohongshu was accurate.
The welcome staff were warm and attentive, room service was incredibly prompt, and complimentary snacks were readily available (including free beer, instant noodles, and ham sausages).
But beyond that? The rooms were quite small, lacking a separate shower. The showerhead was fixed directly above the bathtub, only adjustable by angle, not position. I considered a bath, but finding a non-slip mat already in the tub, I ultimately abandoned the idea. The air conditioning was old and noisy at night. The mattress offered poor support, so those who prioritize sleep quality should be cautious. The toilet seat and lid lacked a soft-close mechanism, so you had to lower them gently to avoid a jarring noise. And the water stains on the showerhead and faucet weren't due to poor cleaning, but rather the indelible marks of time.
In conclusion, this is a hotel of stark contrasts. While it provided excellent value for money with its room service for around 600 RMB a night, the limitations of its physical facilities and hardware ultimately set a ceiling on the overall experience.
The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and travel is convenient. The hotel parking space is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. There are various types of tea at the front desk, which is very good. Xiaohe at the front desk has attentive service. The room has good lighting and is very clean. Highly recommended
Second visit to Henan, thinking of visiting Pang Donglai in Xuchang, stopping in Luohe on the way, and choosing Sheraton Hotel, the facilities and environment are good, the price-performance ratio is also high during the Spring Festival, parking is convenient, the service is good, I asked the aunt for 2 bottles of water, and the aunt was afraid that it was not enough and gave me 3 bottles 😂. The first time I had stewed noodles in Henan, there was a lot of mutton, but later in other cities there was less and less meat 🙈. It was quite a distance from Luohe Ancient Town. The Wenfeng Tower in Luohe Ancient Town was filled with various blessings, which was also a beautiful landscape.

SSushudaorenThe hotel boasts a fantastic setting, perched on a mountain with panoramic views of Luoyang city. The rooms are generously sized, and the balconies are particularly spacious. The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped. However, the interior amenities felt a bit unpolished, especially the smart toilet, whose quality and cleanliness were quite worrisome. After each flush, it would emit a strange, continuous noise for several minutes.
The hotel breakfast was of good quality and served semi-buffet style. Yet, the offerings were quite repetitive; after staying for two nights, we found choices limited on the second morning. The breakfast cold dishes, in particular, were visually appealing but lacked flavor.
On a positive note, the customized barbecue dinner is highly recommended. It was delicious, and the chef clearly put a lot of care into its preparation.

CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

LLian SerWe booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang.
Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet.
Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options.
Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel.
Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

GGuest UserThis is my first time in Anyang. I don’t know other hotels and have no comparison. As for this place, I was very satisfied with the Weijiatianxia restaurant on the second floor. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and I used the private room for free. I would like to especially thank a girl in the small private room around 8pm on the 7th. She was kind and enthusiastic, like a little sister next door. It was a pity that I forgot to ask her name, and when I returned to the hotel for the next two days, it was after the restaurant's opening hours.
We almost missed the train when we left, but luckily the hotel arranged for Master Lu to take us to the station, and he arrived just in time. Master Lu also provided us with emotional value along the way. Thank you very much!
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service in a small city.
GGuest UserAll in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station).
Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.
SShakeMI love the peaceful sense you get when you are here.🤩 The hotel is in a quiet area and a 20 minute car ride into Xuchang. The hotel is very clean! The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well.
The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think.
The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look.
Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45.
Overall, i plan to stay again.
YYY9991Garden-style hotel. The external environment is still high-end and classy. The toilets on the floors are fully equipped with various supplies. The facilities in the room are old. The toiletries are complete. The hot water in the bath is marked as hot spring water. The bed sheets and quilts have dark patterns, which are close to the body and have texture. There are battery cars to pick up and drop off tourists at about 200 to 300 meters from the ticket gate. Tourists from other hotels are sent to the ticket gate. It should be improved. The breakfast has local characteristics. There are spicy soup, fried vegetable boxes and other varieties. They are all delicious. Before leaving, I saw soft candies again. There are various colors and flavors. The taste is great. You can try them.
