The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

Wangxian Valley is a beautiful and brilliant fairyland. It is a quaint mountain town during the day and turns into a mountain elf at night. The spiritual light all over the mountains and fields is dotted on the walls, eaves, buildings, and street lights of thousands of households. It creates a light landscape and forms a huge city that never sleeps. It is so beautiful and amazing. 👍🏻

Service: 1.🅿️——The hotel was overcrowded during the National Day holiday, and the hotel reserved parking spaces for guests staying in the hotel to park in the nearest parking lot🅿️, which is particularly good! 2. Front desk——very enthusiastic and patient to explain the location, how to play, and carefully hand-marked the map. The front desk lady is called Chen Sisi! 3. The restaurant is really average, the richness of the dishes meets the hotel standards, but it is a bit helpless to share a table due to overcrowding. The quality of the hotel guests cannot be controlled, there is nothing to do. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, clean and tidy, and the southern environment makes the overall park look ”spotless”. Environment: This is the first time I have been to the resort this year, and it is quite convenient for hotel guests in all aspects. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

First impression entering the hotel; lack of the typical Hilton scent, and overall 5 star appearance. The lobby has several stands promoting things I can’t tell what is was in Chinese. This is typical in many Chinese hotels but it lacks the 5 star ambiance. Furthermore, near the lobby bar is a nice dessert cabinet filled with Pepsi and mineral water….why? and next to the entrance some ridiculous game boxes that makes no sense. The room was ok, good size and no issues, good cleaning. The pool was ok too but with a small and rather boring gym next door. The dinner buffet was good and for the price which included free flow of a SA mediocre red wine and beer nothing much to complaint about. The poorest part was breakfast and that was depressing, especially for someone expecting a bit of western and Hilton quality, bread selection poor. It’s ok to have a limited selection but at least make the limited selection good and fresh og the day, don’t serve 2 days old bread, that is unacceptable.

The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Yangtze River. To the left is the cruise ship terminal, and to the right is Xunyang Tower Pipa Pavilion. Behind the hotel is Langjing Night Market, with many restaurants. Next to the hotel is a newly opened Xunlu restaurant, which tastes good. The room we booked is very suitable for our family of two, with two 1.5 beds in two rooms that do not affect each other. This time, the child was not used to the rainy weather in Jiujiang. He had a fever, diarrhea and vomiting after playing for an afternoon. In order to let the child take a lunch break so that he could catch the evening train, we applied to the hotel for a late check-out. After asking the front desk, they agreed very happily, which was just right for the child to have a good rest. You can't go anywhere when it rains, but there is a gym on the fifth floor with good conditions for you to visit.

The hotel I stayed in during this trip was really great! The room was very cozy and the lighting was just right, making me feel very relaxed. The toiletries in the bathroom were not only complete, but also smelled good. The next day I went to have breakfast, which was very rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and tasted pretty good. When I checked out, Xiaodang also gave me a New Year gift very considerately, and the service was very thoughtful.

This stay should be beyond expectations. The hotel is tall, clean and bright. The waiters are polite and nod to greet each other. Liu Liang, the front desk clerk in the lobby, is even more friendly and kind. I instantly felt at home. The surrounding high-speed rail development zone is full of high-rise buildings, and Times Square is across the road. This time, I feel that six stars are enough for the evaluation 😎

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location, Wanda Plaza is only a three-minute walk away, and there are many places to eat nearby. The hotel facilities are very complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk lady Jasmine is very professional and enthusiastic, and she is always there. I give her 10 out of 5!!! I will stay at Wanda Hotel next time~

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

Hotel locates beside the Ganjiang River. the scenery is amzing,and Their service was aweful, especially Ms. Clover. if any chance，I will choose again.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

The hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity. Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy. I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

The hotel is located in Qingshan Lake Scenic Area, and the surrounding environment is very beautiful. Although it is not in the central area, the hotel is surrounded by the lake, quiet and pleasant, very suitable for rest. After arriving at the hotel, I was upgraded to an executive room. The staff's service attitude was friendly. Because there was no need to clean the room, after turning on the do not disturb light, the service staff specially wrote a note to ask, and the front desk also called to ask. The stay experience was very good and very satisfactory, especially the luggage delivery service at the West Station was provided, which was convenient for leaving Nanchang on the day of travel. Overall good, good location, river view, ok hygiene, friendly room aunt, worth recommending. It's just that I saw fruit on my suitcase for the first time, which is a bit funny.

This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

Family of 6 with 2 children and a young baby. The resort grows on you. I say resort as it's not a conventional hotel as such. Its designed and styled as a mosaic of accommodation types spread out amongst the large grounds, or Scenic Area, as its markted. This was confusing and after a long journey to reach the 'hotel', we had to first check in at a enormous building which is also the public entrance for day visitors to the resorts attractions. Our taxi from the station (which declined to use the meter, ¥20, dropped us on the main road and not at the entrance. Not great with our excessive luggage. We were then transported on extended golf buggy style vehicles to what was the opposite end of the resort. The accommodation was very comfortable and well designed. The only fault is the long walks to the facilities such as breakfast (in another hotels restaurant). That said, you can call for a buggy pick up. On check in we were informed the large water park was not open until later in the season. Too cold apparently, despite being in the high 20c's. A lit of the resort appears to be in state of construction with empty shells of buildings scattered about. By the end of the 4 nights, we warmed up, literally, to the style of resort, the colourful scenery and facilities, those which were open. It's a bit far put of the centre of Wuyuan, though there is nothing too exciting to see in the city centre.

The environment inside the hotel and the room environment are very classical and unique. I booked a family room, which is a single-family villa. The living room with high beams on the first floor is very simple and atmospheric. There is a room on the second and third floors, which is very suitable for a family to live in, and it is pet-friendly! The hot spring swimming pool is directly surrounded by mountain views, and it is beautiful when the sun sets! I have recommended it to my friends, and it is worth the trip! As for the service, check in at the visitor center at the foot of the mountain, and there is a shuttle bus from the parking lot to the mountain, which is very convenient.

It is a 20-minute taxi ride from the center of Ganzhou City. It is a bit remote and was specially built for the Qili Scenic Area. Visitors can enter the scenic area for free with their room cards. This is a hotel that will turn heads no matter how you photograph it. It covers a large area and has more guest rooms than any other hotel, but its large size makes it easy to get lost. I checked in on February 4th, the seventh day of the Chinese New Year. I booked two rooms, one for which I got the room card in the morning and the other in the evening. The front desk actually gave me the card for the same room. During the day, some of the front desk staff were unaware that their hotel also sold stuffed deer toys. The color of the room's floor tiles is relatively plain, but it looks a bit cheap. The breakfast entrance has double doors, but only one door is open, which is not very friendly to tourists with luggage. The food pick-up area was so crowded that the noodle stall couldn't get its minced meat replenished in time, and one had to queue up to get coffee.

The only five-star hotel in Ruijin, with a good location. I stayed there for three consecutive days during the May Day holiday. The hygiene and service were very good. I chose this hotel for a business trip. I was actually worried after reading the reviews, but after I checked in, it was actually very good and not as bad as I thought. I was upgraded to an executive king bed room with the privilege hotel. The hotel facilities and equipment are really good. I especially like the hotel's oversized bathroom. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and the service is actually very good, which I think is very good.
