Our butler provided one-on-one travel advice throughout our stay, including daily updates on the opening/closing of Tianchi Lake during the rainy season and park weather announcements. They proactively planned alternative rainy-day activities, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. In August, Changbai Mountain experiences frequent rain and fog, and we were so grateful that the staff promptly informed us about Tianchi Lake's closure, saving us a wasted trip. Our rainy-day itinerary was well-arranged, making the entire journey worry-free and effortless. The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are quite comprehensive.

Excellent! Blue Horizon has been around since I was a kid, and even after all these years, it still maintains its 5-star standard. It feels like staying in a Nordic forest. The restaurant offers wild mountain vegetables with dipping sauce โ€“ the kind only true Changbai Mountain locals would recognize. You absolutely must try it! However, I'd suggest they make the portion sizes smaller; there's too much, and it'd be a shame to waste those delicious wild vegetables. The complimentary activities and attractions are also fantastic and definitely worth visiting!

This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort. The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet. The sofa and coffee table were perfect for enjoying some tea and relaxing. There was also a reading sofa by the window, a desk, and a lamp, all well-equipped. The chair was very comfortable, making it ideal for reading and writing. Front desk staffer Xiao Ying was warm, thoughtful, and professional, answering all our questions. We received a complimentary breakfast, and our two children really enjoyed the buffet. The restaurant opens up to a lawn with lush greenery โ€“ very chill. There were plenty of benefits, but the only downside was that each perk could only be used once per hotel. The next day, we switched to the Hyatt, and it was such a downgrade โ€“ the room was small, dimly lit, had no desk lamp, and the service was non-existent.

Right at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong โ€“ we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

Our stay in the Changbaishan Resort suite was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the mountains and forest. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast featured fresh and abundant ingredients. The resort offers a wide range of activities, from forest walks to various leisure options, all within a tranquil and serene environment. Our whole family had a fantastic time, and the accommodation was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Changbaishan!

Five-star rating! We stayed at Shangri-La Changchun with our whole family, including seniors and children. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and attentive. I must specifically commend several staff members! 1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail. 2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her! 3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!

The room was excellent. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the butlers, Joy and Eric, provided thoughtful service. The room had a great view, and I really enjoyed the hotel's outdoor hot springs. The indoor massage pool was also fantastic. I've stayed at other Park Hyatts before, but the Changbaishan Park Hyatt offers exceptional value for money.

The hotel room was large and spacious, clean and tidy. The butler provided full-service tracking, offering us many suggestions and assistance during our vacation. Staff in the rooms, restaurants, hot spring pools, and lobby were all warm and polite, providing an exceptional emotional experience that made us feel very cared for. Our stay was a perfect 100%! We're especially grateful for the fruit and thoughtful little gifts from the butler. Due to time constraints, we only stayed for three days. We'll definitely come back to Crown next time if we have the chance โ€“ it truly lives up to its name as the 'Crown of Crowns'!

The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially for families with kids. There are plenty of amusement facilities within the complex, and we even caught a fireworks show. A special shoutout to our butler, Qixi, who provided exceptional and attentive service. They answered all our questions, proactively shared local information and hotel details, and promptly resolved any issues, which really made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across the river from the famous Floating Market and adjacent to People's Park. The lobby is grand, and you need to swipe your room card to access the guest floors. The breakfast restaurant on the 24th floor offers a wide variety of options, with fresh sushi and omelets made to order. They even have original and red date/longan flavored soy milk. Enjoying breakfast while admiring the cityscape of Yanji feels fantastic! ๐Ÿ‘ The hotel owner is Korean, so there are many Korean tour groups โ€“ about six large groups during my stay. The room amenities are well thought out: the curtains automatically close when you leave and the power turns off, which helps maintain the room temperature. The toilet only flushes *after* you stand up. Why do I specifically mention this? Because on my road trips along the 331 highway in Northeast China last year and this year, some hotels had toilets that flushed when you sat down and again when you stood up, which felt unhygienic and wasteful. This hotel's equipment is properly adjusted from the start. The faucets are also extended; if you've done renovations, you'd know these extended spouts are specially chosen. The benefit is that when washing hands or clothes, the spout is centered in the sink, so you don't have to bend over awkwardly. The mattress is also comfortable; I didn't check the brand, but a mattress that feels this good would cost around 10,000 RMB for home use. The tatami mat is particularly noteworthy โ€“ perfectly fine for one person to sleep on. The entire room is simply and comfortably decorated. My two-day stay was pleasant and relaxing. When I checked out, the hotel manager even gave me a small gift. If the hotel wants to improve further, I think the quality of your bath products could be upgraded. The black packaging looks a bit low-end, and I preferred to use my own products because yours weren't appealing. Exiting the hotel, turn left and walk uphill for about 5 minutes, and you'll reach the North Gate of People's Park. The hotel's first-floor restaurant, Ban Dao Xue Niu (Peninsula Snow Beef), is worth trying, and you get a 10% discount with your room card.
