I really want to commend our butler, Dino. Their service was professional and incredibly warm. They were humble and friendly, and very meticulous in their work. Any requests we had were quickly addressed, and they handled everything with great care and competence, making sure all arrangements were perfectly planned. Dino truly prioritized our stay experience, focusing on every detail, and proactively helped coordinate various matters. The service level was outstanding, making our entire stay relaxed and enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions, warm and thoughtful service staff, and a rich breakfast. The room was completely in accordance with my message. It was just that two young people next door were fighting all night, which made some noise, and the elderly at home felt that they didn't have a good rest. But overall, I was satisfied. I didn't expect to find such a cost-effective hotel in Panjin.

Angel's service was incredibly attentive. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, it was very clean. This hotel is highly recommended.

Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes.

As a local couple from Shenyang who have experienced various hotels, Conrad is the only one we keep coming back to. It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary. The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation. This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver! Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍 The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath. The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon. Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

Jackie was very attentive and responsible. The room arranged for us was perfect – non-smoking and facing the sun. It was excellent. The room had a desk, which was very convenient for the kids to read. I'm especially grateful for the help with printing the kids' test papers; the service was truly superb. The robot delivery for our late-night takeout was super convenient. There's a piano in the lobby, and I never expected my child could practice piano even while traveling. It exceeded my expectations and was totally worth it!

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Special thanks to Wency, the Guest Relations Officer, who provided outstanding service. She contacted us in advance to understand our needs, kindly upgraded our room, and assisted us with complimentary parking. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and the room was much larger than I expected. Even though the hotel is nearly 10 years old, the facilities are well-maintained. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tableware. The toiletries were even my favorite Atelier Cologne 'Pomelo Paradis'! The hotel is also super thoughtful; it's located just 200 meters from the marathon start line, and they prepared a special 'cheer-up' breakfast pack for all guests, regardless of whether they'd booked breakfast. The cleaning lady was very warm and friendly. There's direct access from the building to the neighboring mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Dalian.

My two-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Dalian for my birthday was absolutely fantastic! From check-in to check-out, everything was comfortable and thoughtful – truly exceeded my expectations. When we checked in, the staff upgraded our room, and the view instantly became much more expansive. The floor-to-ceiling windows faced the sea and the beach, offering stunning ocean views by day and captivating nightscapes by night. The ambiance was just perfect! I was genuinely surprised the moment I opened the door – the room had a lovely, simple birthday setup. It was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were all there, making for a truly relaxing stay. I slept soundly both nights, and the service was impeccable. The staff were all so welcoming, always ready to assist with any request, and their friendly attitude felt genuine, never making you feel awkward. The breakfast spread was also incredibly diverse, with both Western and Chinese options. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was spot-on. Enjoying a satisfying meal while looking out at the sea was such a treat. The location is also unbeatable, right next to Xinghai Square, with the beach just outside – perfect for strolls and sightseeing. Thanks to the Grand Hyatt's thoughtfulness, this birthday became extra special. It felt warm and inviting, a far cry from that cold, impersonal luxury sometimes found in high-end hotels.
