Our butler was proactive and thoughtful, reaching out three days in advance and responding quickly to all our needs. The turndown service was exquisite, showcasing French elegance and historical charm in every detail. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a mousse cake and fresh fruit. The staff were all polite and considerate, and I particularly want to commend butler Jack, Themis, and concierge Morty Eva for their outstanding service! This hotel truly sets the standard for high-end accommodation in Xi'an and comes highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel's Wabi-sabi decor is both elegant and sophisticated. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful, and breakfast can even be delivered to your room. The room itself is comfortable and clean, and it's super close to the Muslim Quarter and Bell Tower. They also offer afternoon tea and even a photography service. It was a comfortable stay and great for photos – highly recommend!

GGuest UserHuaqing Yutang was such a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend their in-house 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service. The makeup and styling were exquisite and professional, and the photographer was excellent at capturing the perfect atmosphere. With the hotel's Tang Dynasty-style garden as the backdrop, we effortlessly got some stunning Hanfu photos. The private hot spring was wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Being able to freely enter and exit Huaqing Palace during our stay made exploring incredibly convenient. Overall, the experience was flawless and definitely worth returning for!

All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.

AAnonymous UserMy only requirement for a hotel is peace and quiet. That's why, even though I was visiting Xi'an, I specifically booked this place. Plus, as an IHG Platinum member, I try to stick with the brand. The reason for choosing this hotel was simple: it looked relatively quiet, and they had suites available. Logically, for just my wife and me, such a large room wasn't necessary, but I thought fewer neighbors might mean more quiet.
The first night, however, had a bit of a hitch. I'm not sure if it was the air conditioning unit upstairs or some other machinery, but every twenty minutes or so, there would be a very loud bang, which meant I barely slept all night. Honestly, for such a nice room, this issue was quite unexpected. At 5 AM, I couldn't take it anymore and had to call the front desk. They handled it promptly, quickly moving me to the seventh floor; my original room was on the eighteenth floor.
The seventh-floor suite was also much quieter. Although the curtains were a bit old, with several small holes, making them less effective at blocking out light than those on the eighteenth floor, and the partition between the living room and bedroom was transparent (which compromises sound insulation and light blocking), the overall living experience was actually more comfortable. The rooms downstairs have gaming consoles and kitchens, while the rooms upstairs feel more like private meeting spaces – each with its own distinct features. At least after moving to the seventh floor, I didn't hear that inexplicable loud noise anymore. Of course, being closer to the gym, I occasionally heard some equipment training sounds, but it was a vast improvement compared to the first night, and my sleep quality significantly improved on the second day.
Just a small suggestion for the hotel: the coffee machine in the room and the provided capsules didn't seem to be compatible, so I didn't end up using it. But this is a minor issue and didn't affect the overall experience.
This stay also made me ponder whether I should continue to spend more on suites just for the sake of quiet in the future. Theoretically, suites should have fewer neighbors, but in reality, suite floors might also attract more families traveling together, so it's not necessarily quieter. Overall, however, I was quite satisfied with this stay. Especially the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent, and their response time when issues arose was very quick.
If I visit Xi'an again, I'd very likely choose to stay here. For friends traveling, this hotel is indeed a bit further from the main attractions, but for me, getting a good rest is more important than saving an extra ten or twenty minutes of travel time.

GGuest UserI returned from overseas and found my old house in Xi'an unsafe due to its age and being uninhabited for so long, so I chose this hotel near the Bell Tower. The location is excellent, with delicious food right on the doorstep. What's more, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A special shout-out to Xiao Qiao; even though she's new, she's very familiar with her duties and passionate about her work and guests. She not only showed me various room types but also offered many practical recommendations. The lobby manager and team also took wonderful care of my 90-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair. We're very grateful for them accommodating our room change!
For the exquisite buffet afternoon tea, I highly recommend the Japanese daifuku and ice jelly—they were delicious!

GGuest UserYou can't get any closer to Longshouyuan Metro Station, the location is super convenient. The hotel is relatively new, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, so it's not too crowded even if you're sharing with a child. They said they upgraded my room, but the view... it was just okay, facing purely west. It was a bit dark during the day, and only when the sun was about to set did the light get better. The hotel has a small pool, and my child went three times. I didn't book breakfast, so I'm not sure how it is, but you can buy a group deal for it on Dianping.

Walking through the connecting corridors and courtyards, with intertwining ponds, flowers, and trees, every corner offers a perfect photo opportunity, making it ideal for Hanfu photography. Its location is superb, nestled in the heart of Qujiang, away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet just steps away from the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City.
The guest rooms are spacious, with soft furnishings adorned with Tang-style patterns. The minibar is stocked with local specialty snacks like Fucha, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail. The whole room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom felt luxurious. From the concierge and front desk to housekeeping, the service was professional and attentive, without being overly formal – just the right amount of gracious hospitality, perfectly embodying Hualuxe's Chinese approach to guest service.
The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western quality, with an abundance of exquisite local Shaanxi snacks. Staying at Tanghua Hualuxe isn't just about booking a hotel; it's about experiencing the complete Chang'an prosperous Tang dynasty. GGuest UserArrived in Xi'an, and a light rain brought a welcome calm to the sweltering heat.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the ones at the entrance. When a car arrived, they'd help guests load large luggage into the trunk and even open the car door. Everything was handled with such thoughtful detail.
As for the hotel's environment, it's simply beyond words. The serene garden right before your eyes offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Its central location makes getting anywhere a breeze... And after a soak in the tub with those wonderfully fragrant toiletries, you're sure to drift off into a peaceful sleep.

(😂) Let me specifically highlight the breakfast buffet: a warm welcome, guided to our seats, and asked if we'd like coffee or tea. When we headed for the 'shui pen niu rou' (a local beef dish), a staff member immediately came over to assist us. The buffet spread was incredibly generous, offering both local specialties for visitors to experience and other regional delicacies like 'jianbing' (savory pancakes)!
