I stayed at this hotel as I had an early morning flight to Nepal the next day, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The location right between Terminals 1 and 2 was incredibly convenient for catching my flight. One of the standout features was the free desktop computer and printer available for guest use. This came in handy as I was able to print out my boarding pass and other travel documents without any hassle. The room service I ordered the night I arrived was also a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and the service was very professional, with the waiter bringing it to my room on a trolley. It was a nice touch that made the dining experience feel elevated. The only slight drawback was that the on-site fitness center, which includes a gym and pool, required an additional fee to access. However, with the early flight, I didn't have time to use those facilities anyway. The only other minor inconvenience was that the travel money exchange booth within the hotel was not open, so I had to go to the departures area in Terminal 1 to exchange currency. Overall, I had a very positive experience at this airport hotel. The convenient location, complimentary business center, and quality room service made it an excellent choice for my early morning departure. I would definitely stay here again if I need to catch a flight from this airport.

I have an excellent 5 nights stay. The location is excellent and hotel service are great too. I was given an upgrade by the great front desk, the room with bathtub was spacious and clean. For sure will stay here again during my next trip.

We had a great stay at this hotel as the service was impeccable! The front desk personnels were always helpful despite us having troubles navigating JiuZhaiGou. They helped us with purchasing great seats at the Qian Gu Qing show and provide free pickup services to and fro the Jiu Zhai Gou entrance. Special mention to Xiao Liu (小刘）for being really friendly and willingly assist all our questions. The rooms were clean and rather high tech with a full bidet and voice control system throughout the room. There is also a free laundry room for guests to use, which is a plus. The only thing is that it is located at the top of a small hill and there is not a lot of things to explore within walking distance.

The hotel is very modern and clean, location is very convenient .The staff are super friendly and helpful ! We forgot something in the hotel after we checked out, a few days later when we contacted the hotel , the front desk is very efficient to locate our stuff and send it to us at no charge. Highly recommend this hotel of anyone plans to visit Chengdu, esp if you are looking for one closer to railway station.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The Front Desk was very helpful in helping us secure tickets to see the pandas. The location was very good and within walking distance to chunxi Road and a subway station. the rooms were spacious and had a great view. We stayed in a two bedroom with a kitchen, washer and dryer. The only a few cons. the kitchen was not well equipped with many utensils, other than chopsticks and a spatula. The second con was that the sinks and showers seem to have a little trouble draining during use. The breakfast buffet was so-so. The Chinese options were served at room temp and the western options were few and rather dry.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, located centrally within walking distance to 望平街 which houses many cafes, restaurants and other interesting stalls. Also near the 太古里 area which houses the famous shopping district comprising of various luxury brands.

I love the hotel ambience. There were a variety of options for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro station. The service was excellent! The entire check-in process took less than 5 minutes. My luggage was sent up to my room before I even got in. I was given a room nearest to the lift lobby (as I requested upon booking) and I've gotten a room high up on the 32nd floor with a nice pretty view. I can see the famous climbing panda at the IFS building. The bed was super comfy and soft. But the pillows were a bit way too soft in my opinion. I love the room having a separate toilet & bathroom. There were rainshowers and a bathtub in the dry area too. Super spacious for one person! Oh, but sadly the television is not a smart TV. There is only the usual satellite TV programmes

One of the best China hotel, impressed me from check in moments. Took me less than 10mins for check in process, the room is clean and bigger than expected. Recommend to book the room with breakfast, it has variety of choice, noodles, porridge, breads, eggs, cake, fruits, desserts and others. The hotel offer 1 time free of tea break session and supper is free daily. Credit went to ms. Daisy, helped us to sorty out the tickets for giant panda base, it require local contact to complete the ticket purchase, and the buggy ride tickets too via WeChat. It is a must to add them in WeChat for whatever reason to seek for help. China may not be a tourist friendly place but with the help of good hotel services, it did reduce most of the seen challenges. Hotel Pagoda will be my hotel choice when I visit to chengdu again, hopefully soon within this year

The hotel is connected to a very big shopping mall with good restaurants, KTV and good shoppings. There is also a massage place near by so it’s a great location but it’s not right at downtown so you can see if you are interested in the mall first. The staff is very nice, the first night I stayed there, I already saw someone a ****** to his room. I mentioned it to the hotel manager, he checked the CCTV and handled it professionally. Breakfast is yummy! I enjoyed my stay.

This is our first trip in Chengdu and definitely back to stay at this hotel next time.We were traveling as a large family of 16 people in total which included senior and children.Mi Xian was my direct contact and she provided very good service from the day before check-in until i depart chengdu. She helped to facilitate everything that made this trip go well.

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Hilton hotel for 3 days two nights very much. The service, food and location of Hilton is excellent. I really appreciated assistant from Hilton staffs Jason and Andy. Jason helped to trace my luggage from the public bus that lost my luggage when I traveled to Hilton hotel. Jason called the driver serval times to follow, locate and negotiate to send the luggage back to me. It eased my problem tremendously. Separately, when I depart Hilton, Andy helped me to reserve a comfortable minibus with reasonable price to take me from Hilton to train station on time. All and all, my experience in Hilton was wonderful.

Hotel excellent, Service Incredible, attention great, food delicious. Everything was ok. Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry. We took a foot bath Massage sesión, they had a extra charge for the oil they used. That was not fair. Nevertheless I will use again this hotel, reservation directly with hotel and no massage. As I commented, the best hotel in Jiuzhaigo.😌

The hotel is definitely my choice when I go to Jiuzhaigou again. Most staff, including the young guys who shuttled us between room and front desk/restaurant, were very friendly and helpful. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were all very nice and offered to help. The Concierge manager Jacky Zhang always replied to WeChat requests on a timely basis and made us feel most welcome when saw us in person. We stayed there for 4 nights and some staff recognized us and remembered our room number! They were all super friendly when we chatted with them. On the other hand, staff in the dinner restaurant 炙 are not too helpful or cheerful and need more training to improve the service. The hotel entrance was not always manned including when we arrived. More staff would be needed to ensure timely assistance for arriving guests. Our suite was spacious and at this time of the year could see a snow capped mountain outside the room's windows. The walk-in closet was a bit small relative to the size of the suite, but could accommodate one large open luggage and one small open one. The door of the washroom near the room's entrance was so heavy it was not possible to use that washroom. The nearby walk-in closet door was also super heavy, in any case, once our large luggage is open, that door became jammed by the luggage and could not be open, so we ended up using the entrance from the other side (the bedroom side). A cab ride to the scenic area took 20 minutes and some 42 Reminbi, that saved us the trouble of trying to find a car park at the scenic area where parking spaces were very limited. We dined at the hotel”s dinner restaurant twice and the food was alright though a bit on the high end according to mainland China's standard and for that yet to improve level of service. We were not offered a menu on the first day of buffet breakfast, but on subsequent days we were offered to choose additional items including different egg preparation, congees, noodles, etc. described in the menu. The breakfast restaurant was a bit small so tables were rather near one another, but we went at off peak hours so that was acceptable. There were enough varieties to keep us satisfied but must say not enough varieties for a 5-star hotel; in particular, there was only one type of salad leaf. The bath tub made a loud strange noise after use. We had to unplug from the electric socket to stop the intermitten loud wind blowing noise. That was reported to the front desk when we checked out, but somehow my communication in poor Putongua mixed with English terms was misunderstood by the front desk initially. All in all, I selected Jiuzhaigou Conrad after reviewing the choices carefully, and I still think this is probably the best choice for my needs. Will stay here again next time!
