Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back
This is an impressive hotel in Latin America, especially in Colombia. Good location, quiet and convenient. The room is very spacious and the facilities are very new. The afternoon tea at 5:30 pm every day on the 13th floor is also very rich and high quality. The swimming pool is spacious and bright, and the gym is fully equipped. Not to mention in Colombia, it is also an excellent hotel in the United States. I give it 6 points out of 5. I will only stay here in the future.
Almost every time I go to Bogota, I will live in this hotel, or the Marriott next door
The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).
Facilities: Very good, right at the entrance of the exhibition hall.
Cleanliness: For Colombia, it's top-notch.
Environment: Stylish and clean, with bars and casinos in the lobby at night.
Service: The service staff were very friendly and patient, exceeding expectations.
Would recommend! Safe area and great services. I made 2 bookings separately and they arranged to have to stay in the same room (free upgrade) with late checkout as well!
The hotel's shuttle service is back this year, which is super convenient. You can catch the shuttle at Gate 1 on the 1st floor of the airport. They'll send you a timetable once you've booked. Breakfast is decent, and luggage storage is available. While the windows don't open, the view is still quite nice.
The staff is very warm and friendly, and the hotel's sanitation facilities are first-class. It is safe to have high-end residential areas nearby. Shopping is very convenient. The room has a kitchen, there is a big supermarket not far from the downstairs, buy a la carte and do it from Shanghai. Thanks to the front desk staff for helping me with the printer ticket registration card.
Great hotel and staff and it’s amenities. When I was checking in trip.com customer service really helped me. Reception staff of the hotel I notice was surprised to see a man of color staying at the hotel.
Located in the rich area, in the office building, the safety and health of access is tall. There are Japanese dishes downstairs, Mexican dishes, local South American dishes, very convenient, and the service is polite and thoughtful. recommend.

JJohn SanchezThe best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️
On the other hand the steam room is super!
PpumachenqiStayed here many times. The location is very good. It is close to shopping malls and many entertainment venues. Safety is also guaranteed. It is really a wealthy area.
