Amazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

The hotel is directly connected to the terminal, which is super convenient for catching early morning flights. No complaints other than the room rate being a bit high. For dining, I highly recommend the traditional German restaurant downstairs – it's moderately priced and serves authentic, fantastic food!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, and it's quite picturesque. The tram stop is level with the tram, making it super easy to get on and off with luggage. As for the bed and cleanliness inside, it's Marriott quality, so nothing less than excellent.

Location - beside metro Although location is great, entrance sign is tiny, it was also hidden by the hotel pick up vehicle which resulted in hotel is non visible! Beautiful rooms, fabulous amenities, excellent breakfast. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Close to center of town and Christmas markets which were the reason for our visit. Definitely recommend. Would stay again if I were in the area.

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the pleasant aroma throughout. The surrounding area was also very nice.

The location is excellent, quite close to all the attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside was that our room faced a construction building.

Friendly, helpful service by the front desk staff. Rooms were good size, well appointed and well designed. The restaurant food was better than expected and location was perfect. I should have booked directly on IHG instead of third-party agent as I would have been able to modify the reservation without penalty as my original flight was cancelled

The Sofitel Frankfurt Opera was a perfect experience! Its location is superb, right next to the Old Opera House and the city center, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts French elegant design, with a refined and luxurious lobby. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and quiet, and the bedding was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with fragrant coffee. The service was attentive, professional, warm, and efficient. The pool and spa facilities are excellent. Suitable for both business and leisure, this truly is Frankfurt's top luxury hotel, highly recommended!

The hotel is in the park, with convenient parking. There are not many rooms in the whole hotel, which are small but exquisite, very beautiful, and have a sense of history. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast environment is beautiful and exquisite.
