5-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

While not quite on par with a Westin in China, the facilities here are pretty good for Germany, especially since it has air conditioning. Plus, it's conveniently located near a metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Frankfurt is quite small, feeling no bigger than a county town, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions from the hotel. The breakfast here is excellent; for a country like Germany, which isn't known for its culinary scene, that's saying something.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. They handled a few additional last minute requests immediately and to my complete satisfaction. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Terminal 1, literally just around the corner. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped with great amenities. Overall, a very pleasant stay and an excellent choice for anyone needing to be close to the airport.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to list you have Fitness facilities on site when it is actually a private gym that can be overwhelming busy with their own members, smells of sweat and have to hustle to find a machine to use ?! If that is the experience you offer for 5 stars standards the hotel claims and the price range, something is fundamentally wrong with hospitality concepts in Germany. And just on principle I would not recommend anyone to stay at a venue with misleading information

We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️

My stay this time truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady had a warm smile and check-in was very fast. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The view outside the window was also beautiful, and the breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Special thanks to the housekeeping auntie for her meticulousness; she even helped organize my charging cables. True care is in the details, and I will definitely choose Le Méridien Frankfurt again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

I had the impression that if you don't book directly, you get worse rooms. I had requested a quieter room when booking… but I got one directly across from a large construction site with massive construction noise from 6:30 AM until after 7:00 PM!!!! At the reception, I was told that my request for a quiet room had not been communicated by Trip.COM… No bathrobe in the room… No tooth mugs… No proper restaurant in the hotel, instead fast food… Parking €45 per day.

The front desk staff were really welcoming. The location is super convenient, right near a commercial street with all sorts of restaurants. The room cleaning and facility maintenance were good too, definitely up to IHG standards. However... the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel's air conditioning wasn't very strong. Those were the only downsides.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, and it's quite picturesque. The tram stop is level with the tram, making it super easy to get on and off with luggage. As for the bed and cleanliness inside, it's Marriott quality, so nothing less than excellent.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. The service was top-notch 👍🏻. As soon as we got out of the car, a staff member proactively helped us with our luggage. The service staff were all very polite. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and there was a free mini-bar that was refilled daily. The gym, pool, and sauna were all on B1; it would have been perfect if the pool had a view with sunlight streaming in! 😍

Before the trip, the hotel responded to our emails promptly and responded to our inquiries quickly. We were very satisfied with all aspects.
