The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

Hotel is quite modern and very clean. There are some shops and restaurants on site which provide good options for stop it is also opposite the Hurghada Plaza Shopping Mall where we thought the food court would supply some decent food items. However there were basically a couple of takeouts with very very limited range. It was disappointing. There is a Carrefour supermarket in the shopping mall. The hotel rooms are excellent and most face the beach with full glass windows and great views. However, one disappointing aspect was the air conditioning which unfortunately sounds like a jet engine taking off when it switches on automatically to cool the room. It was so loud that it woke us up several occasions during the evenings for our stay. The beach area is fantastic as the hotel is on a small bay. They were plenty of sun lounges available. The most disappointing aspect was the breakfast buffet which was bedlam every morning. Coffee was supplied with two machines which continually kept running out of coffee and at the staff were unable to keep up. The small machines were clearly insufficient for the number of people staying at the hotel. Additionally, most people did not know how to use them which resulted in huge amounts of wastage spilling over into the trays which obviously causes them to run out even more quickly. But this situation needs to be remedied as it is completely unsatisfactory. Why don't they just put some large coffee urns there which would avoid this nonsense. One that needs to be aware that despite the war in Ukraine, Egypt seems to be one of the few countries still accepting Russian flights and tourists. Thus, you will need to fight for your space in the lines as they constantly push in, which unfortunately has been my experience when I've encountered them in many other countries in the world also.

From the front desk to the restaurant and bar, they were a bit impatient. For example, when I asked for a drink, they basically ignored me and had to remind me loudly before they poured me a drink slowly. The front desk also asked him questions and was very impatient. During my twelve days in Egypt, except for the first two nights, I stayed in a B&B and then stayed in a five-star hotel. Each one was more surprising than the last, which led me to choose the Siberian Hotel. I am personally satisfied with the Luxor. It is not as bad as what was written online, although my... There is a spot on the floor of the room that bounces when you step on it, as if it has been soaked in water. Neymeen and mohaamed rogab (I don’t know if they are spelled correctly) at the front desk are warm and polite. They looked at my baby’s passport and said happy birthday. The Italian restaurant was okay, the crayfish was a bit expensive, and the Thai restaurant was on the sweet side. I went to the Valley of the Kings and came back to the pier to find out that I could charter a boat directly to the hotel pier. It was so convenient! The sunset at the hotel is also so beautiful... Except for the locals in the carriages and taxis who stick to you like dog-skin plasters outside the hotel, which is a bit annoying, the free trip to Egypt was wonderful. The people were warm and polite. When we saw that we kept saying we love you, China loves you, we were greeted all the way. It was our 3rd visit t Desert Rose and it just gets better. We absolutely love this place, the staff are great and very welcoming. There is always plenty of food to eat you cannot go hungry always something for everyone. Lots of things to do or you can just relax if you wish. Plenty of security making guests feel safe at all times. The Guest Relations staff (Lucia) extremely helpful and always going the extra mile. Everywhere is lovely and clean, pools are fantastic. Lots to do for kids too. We will definitely be booking for a 4th time as cannot get enough of Desert Rose.

Excellent experience in this resort that I would recommend to anyone: although we were a young couple and the resort is also for families we never felt this thing and we were able to relax without any stress! Beautiful and super clean room, various restaurants and bars where you can eat well (the all inclusive formula is really perfect!), Professionalism and kindness of all the staff (really thank you from the first to the last!!), and also of the entertainment service ( never intrusive, all nice and engaging!!! ). Swimming pools with hydromassage, beach with super clean sea, what more could you ask for? A very pleasant discovery in Hurghada! Thanks again and we hope to see you soon!!!

The hotel occupies a large area, the pool area is also very large, but unfortunately it is a day to go diving in the sea, come back and have no energy to enjoy. The cafeterias are very rich in dishes and taste good. The two restaurants that need to be reserved have a better taste. The dive center has its own dock, which is very convenient and the service is very good. The price is slightly higher than the outside, but it is worth the money.

I enjoyed my relaxing stay at this resort. It began with a very nice surprise when I found out that as a Titanium Bonvoy member I was upgraded to an oceanfront suite / bungalow. (My stay was during quiet weekdays in a less busy season, so that probably helped also.) The suite was very spacious and had an amazing view of the ocean and sunrise. The breakfast was the best variety and quality I've had a hotel in Africa or the Middle East. Same with the dinner buffet. The pool areas are well kept, despite never seeing any guests using them. The bank machine by the front desk didn't work with my card, however it gave a great rate when I exchanged my British Pounds for Egyption Pounds. Most of the staff were friendly and great, especially the elite guest relations team who emailed me before my arrival and the managers who introduced themselves to me when they saw me on my first day. Housekeeping did a great job too (clean room, water bottles and coffee supplies always restocked, cute towel art), except for an isolated incident that was quickly addressed and rectified. The gym was the only noticeable negative, and was the worst gym I've seen at a Marriott resort property. Very little equipment, and very dated and worn out or broken. However, this wasn't much of a problem, because the coastal pathway is an oustanding place to go for a morning run. If you run to the west end of the pathway and back to the Sheraton, it's a 10k run. I also enjoyed going out to the end of the jetty in the mornings and snorkeling in the reefs that were full of colorful marine life. This hotel is very worthy of a 5 star review. Thank you to all the hard working staff who work hard to ensure enjoyable stays. I will be back.

I traveled in August with my mother and daughter. It was our sixteenth visit to Egypt. The hotel did not surprise us, it was as we expected according to the reviews of other guests. The rooms are excellent, sea view is great, the services are excellent, the gardens are well maintained. I highly appreciate the separation of the part of the beach for adults only. BUT I have two comments. The first is that I agree with those guests who were not satisfied with the food ( except of breakfast ). It was possible to choose, but that would not be enough for such a great hotel as a rating. So there is space for improvement. And the second reminder, it concerns the part of the beach for adults and the fact that the entrance to the sea and the surrounding area, the concrete parts could be made much more aesthetic and safer, and the blue fences already know their age. The fact that there are no corals and fish in the sea cannot be influenced by the hotel. If these comments were accepted by the hotel, it would certainly improve the quality of the stay. Although, even this did not deter us from buying a trip in the same hotel next year :-)

Hello. This hotel is not 5 star (3.5-4 star). There are several good and bad things about this hotel. -Rooms are old and needs to fix and renovate. Some items in room 3073 was broken and balcony chairs were dusty. We stayed with family 2 adults and 2 kids and booked Deluxe room and after arrival there was no sheets and towels for kids. I had to ask 4 times from reception and finally contact with travel agency to get items to the room in next day. So first day we did not have sleeping, washing items for kids. -Reception personal is unfriendly and do not care about customers. -Food quality is very poor, lunch leftovers they serve at dinner and food is not tasty, 5 star hotel should offer better quality. A la carte restoran food was not so good also, so you can fix this. Another adult got Diarrhea :( -Ice cream they serve only 1 hour in day and this is ordinary. +Waterpark (Splash Mania) is great and have lot of attractions, but water is not so warm. +Hotel garden and beach is nice. +Only omelette were good! Food is better in Mamas Eatery. +All other stuff (entertainment persons, restaurant people) was very nice, friendly and helpful. I have been SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort ★★★★★, which is 5 star and that was times better, so there is lot of things to fix.

One of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly. Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff. The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem. Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
