It happened to be a jewelry exhibition, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a smoking room, which was great! The location is very close to the airport, about 15 minutes' drive. Overall it is an excellent hotel.

The hotel is very large and the environment is very good, especially when it is at night. The hotel does not charge tips, the service is in place, the breakfast staff also specially prepared the local breakfast, although we are not used to eating. The only downside is that because the hotel is in the new city, it takes about 40 minutes to drive to the Palace of the Winds. It is recommended to bring a swimsuit before check in. The pool is very good.

Awesome experience at Hilton Jaipur. Provided early check in which is deeply appreciated. Lounge experience was also good. So was the food and service. Room with outdoor terrace felt spacious and cozy. Location is also terrific with railway stations, malls nearby. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure.

During the stay everything was fine, the food was all spicy but it is normal in India

Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

It was a very unique boutique hotel right in front of Jal Mahal close to Pink City. The location and the staff was excellent. Breakfast could have been better, quite a number of tour groups but overall it was a good and well kept property. There were a few hiccups but recovery was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again in future.

The entire experience was strictly average. Taj is promoting this hotel as a 'Palace Experience', but anyone who has stayed at any of the other palace properties like Taj Lake Palace, Taj Falaknuma Palace etc would think otherwise. Property - Its a beautiful property. Well maintained. The views by the lake are stunning. Room - The room allocated to us was again very good and tastefully done. However the chocolates placed in the room as a part of turndown were of extremely poor quality. Felt like a local compound chocolate which was just shaped into the logo of the hotel, & placed in the room. Pool - The location of the pool is scenic however there are no pool attendants. Not sure why. We visited in the evening and seems like we were lucky as we picked up the last remaining towels for ourselves. Food at the The sunset terrace - Average. Although the servers and the chef did check with us for meal experience, we did not have much to say to them as we personally felt that nothing more could be done to what was already served. Breakfast - As we were checking out early, the team was kind enough to arrange for a packed breakfast for us. This was nicely done. Some of the staff is warm & welcoming, some of them not so. Overall, I was expecting a wow experience considering it to be a palace property however it felt short of my expectations. Nobody from the hotel engaged with us properly to understand our needs / expectations etc. Would recommend people to pay a little extra (if in their budget) and upgrade to Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur for a Palace Experience.

Ramada Hotel Service is as always, very professional and friendly! My windbreaker was forgotten at the Orange Hotel in Jaipur. They helped me to contact the Orange Hotel many times, and the windbreaker recovered! The hotel's breakfast is rich and the environment is elegant! The facilities are very new, patiently answering all kinds of questions, taxis are very convenient! To the Palace of the Winds 100 rupees, about 3 km. To the Palace of Water 9 km, to the Amber Fort 330 rupees, in Ramada is really a beautiful ti yam

Jaipur one of the best hotel... Location is excellent... Banquet setup was excellent... Food was excellent... Service was excellent during conferences... The staff in swarn mahal was very polite and humble during meeting... The guest was happy during conferences... We had three days National safety conference. The staff in FNB was excellent... Thanks to FNB Manger and his team for taking care during conferences..

The hotel is clean and tidy. I am very satisfied. I will stay again if I have a chance! The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the attractions, and the food is very hygienic and delicious. There are Chinese and Western options for breakfast, which is great!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was very good, but the only regrets were that the towels were collected on the second day but were not replaced with new ones, and that the refrigerator could not be used. However, everything else was very good. The interior was nice and clean, and the morning of the second day had to be around 5:30 a.m., so they prepared breakfast for me to take out and even made me coffee. I did. thank you very much!

Bestest vacation ever. Me and my family had memorable stay and best arrangements for the sightseeing's. The whole team of Aurika and their hospitality is much above the excellent. All time smiles on their faces and readiness to assist you makes them best team led by best team leader. Location of Aurika, son rise, son set, room, food, cultural events, kids engagement events everything is so well organised to ensure that you enjoy it to the fullest. Big thank you to TEAM AURIKA

The landmark building feels like a dream, beautiful. A free ferry boat is available for entering and leaving the hotel for 24 hours. The environment inside the hotel is quiet. The bar on the 2nd floor next to the water can take a lot of beautiful photos. The room you are staying in is a garden view room facing the garden. Breakfast is beautiful. You can order hot food a la carte and watch the pigeons while eating.

World class service, more than that very personalized In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very ”homely”, took care of the kids like their own Facilities were really good Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree I would recommend this ”palace” to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

We recently went to Taj Aravali and had a memorable stay. At check-in, there was a nice traditional welcome. Ms. Sanjana, the duty manager, is an amazing person and was really proactive to give us an upgrade considering I was travelling with kids. She even got the room decorated and cake for their birthday. She was also available all through the day for any requirements. Also Ujala was helpful during check in. The staff was really amazing, right from arranging the room to helping us move across the property. We had Hi-Tea at Tiri and Rekha and Anjala ensured everything was taken care of, in a quick manner. The dinner was at Javitri. There was a slight delay in the arrival of Thalis (probably due to the number of items coming in) but Mr. Nirmal, at Javitri, ensured we were completely taken care of. He, ***** with his teammate Jitesh, took complete care of the meal for us (and parents). They even happened to offer ice creams to my kids and a nice birthday cake as well. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance amd hence cannot comment on it. But honestly, there were a lot of activities to do and we did not miss it. During check-out, Sumi ensured the process was really smooth and quick. Also, Kamal, the Darban, was really courteous. Lastly, while we had an exciting but relaxing trip, we would love to visit again. And special mention again to SANJANA and NIRMAL for treating my parents (and us) like family and ensuring we are taken care of. Kudos to them 👏

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. I enjoyed my 3 night stay here , i would book this hotel again without hesitation.

A hotel with an old-fashioned aristocratic fan, the hotel environment is quiet, the service staff is warm and courteous, the room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, foreign tourists are mostly not from India. Breakfast can be ordered a la carte, overall I feel the hotel location is a bit biased, fortunately, taxi is convenient.

The view is excellent, and in the hotel you can look up to the castle on the mountain, which is also the most worth seeing place in the Blue City. The hotel is designed and transformed on the basis of traditional houses, with simple and stylish supporting facilities, and a rare boutique hotel in the city. The best part is that there is a stepped well next to the hotel, which is relatively clean and not as big as the ”famous” moon well under Amber Fort.

The room is quite big and quite distinctive. At the time of check-out, a waiter came to carry the baggage and check the room. In front of me, I ordered every item I spent, and then asked me to go out and lock the door. The hotel in front of the hotel in India was very good. That is, this operation made me drunk. Also, there is a waiter who picks up the station, can't speak English, we find him, he also confirms to confirm, big night, really pretty SB, hehe. There are a lot of people practicing yoga at 7:00 in the morning.

Incomparable Royal experience to the core. What a welcome it was so grand. The feel of the place has such warm & Royal vibes. The whole team of Umaid bhawan was very cooperative, attentive, kind and sweet. Sikander ji was such a wonderful guide very informative and so patient with kids. He went out of his way. The restaurant staff Mr.Narendra Mr. Jabar Mr Hukum Singh Mr khan chand Mr Bhupendra and Mr Dhirendra were very attentive courteous. Food was absolutely yummmm Chef Vikram & Kush took care of all our dietary requirements. Mr Kapil arranged a memorable experience for our parents 50th anniversary. I may have missed few names. But a big thank you to Taj Umaid bhawan team.

My organisation held a global international conference here recently and we were very happy with the service provided. The conference facilities were great, the rooms were excellent and the food was exceptional. Special thanks to our main point of contact for the hotel, Mr. Rahul Jangid, for taking very good care of us for over 5 days. We are grateful to him and the staff at the hotel for their help in organising an important meeting for our organisation. I hope to be back here soon with my family.
