Impressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean

Facilities: The hotel is a renovation of an old house, and has the common problems of old European hotels. Hygiene: The sanitation conditions are good, and there are some sanitation blind spots, but they are not often used. Environment: The hotel is located in a relatively balanced location, and the walking distance to each check-in point is basically controlled within 15 minutes Service: The service attitude is very good and can answer many questions

Our stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, preserving its classic Italian elegance while offering a refreshed and refined ambiance. Every corner, from the art-filled hallways to the grand dining rooms with frescoed ceilings, felt like stepping into a piece of Roman history. Breakfast was an absolute highlight — beautifully presented, with fresh pastries, breads, and a delightful selection that made every morning feel special. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel both welcomed and cared for. Our room was spacious, elegant, and perfectly comfortable — a true retreat after exploring the city. Palazzo Roma exceeded expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

Excellent hotel. Felt welcoming at the point I stepped into the hotel. The reception staff was professional and we even had a small talk regarding my travel plans. The room itself was awesome, and needless to say, the amenities were perfect. Just a very minor issue, the lift wasn’t working at one point when I tried to tap the card, and another guest inside the lift experienced the same issue as well but we managed to sought help from the staff. The same problem happened again later on when I was checking out but managed to asked for help from the room service staff. It was a small problem, and everything else was great.

酒店位置很好，雖然小巷，有公交車經過，地鐵口也不遠。西班牙廣場和特雷維噴泉都可以步行到達，到萬神廟走近20分鐘。最晚近22點回酒店也沒有安全問題。房間寬敞，衞生整潔，各種設施齊全，裝修現代，浴室很整潔，衞浴用品齊全。前台服務員説英語有點快，誤解了預訂好早餐，後來自費體驗一下，信價比略貴，38歐元一位，菜品豐富，味道尚可，用餐環境比較小人很多，建議預訂房間時沒帶早餐，可以去酒店附近caffe bar吃早餐。酒店裝修豪華典雅，大堂24小時值守，服務要求很快解決，安全有保障，床品舒適。

I cannot even put into words how this place took my heart in a whirlwind. This is truly the most beautiful hotel with some of the kindest and friendliest souls, I’ve ever been to. I was welcomed like a queen, because it was my birthday, got an upgrade and beautiful gifts like a flower bouquet, a bottle of very nice prosecco and a delicious tart. The room - the junior suite - was just breathtaking. The materials, the love to every single detail, the smell of the highest quality materials used… an absolute dream. So is the whole hotel. The Minerva bar and the roof top restaurant Gigi with its view over Eternal City- what can I say?? I’m madly in love with- ti amo, La Minerva ❤️

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

The hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them. The hotel has a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, and cutlery. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, three meat options, and milk and yogurt, all free. Other drinks and food are subject to charges. Since I had an early flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided snack boxes. The rooftop bar on the 5th floor offers a beautiful sunset in the evening, but beware of skuas flying over to snatch your food. The last photo is of an ancient building next to the hotel.

Lovely hotel located in a villa near the Vatican. Top service, facilities and food. We had an amazing honeymoon. Totally recommended!

The room is large, the view is beautiful, the facilities are a little old, but very clean and easy to use. The bath products are very high-end. The hotel staff is very polite, the service is good, and the English communication is smooth. All the food is very fresh and delicious, especially the hotel's Uliveto restaurant, which is open all day and every dish is very delicious! The location is on a hill outside the city, and the air is good. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the Vatican and only 25-30 minutes from the city center. You can take the hotel shuttle or taxi, and it is very convenient to go to the attractions
