Location is great, and the building itself is gorgeous, however, it was far from a 5-star experience. Room outdated and dark, amenities limited and not of a good quality, aircon noisy, view of the inner courtyard (I stayed at a Superior room). In the lobby they played loud music (and occasionally rock music, which felt weird). Bar/restaurant service inattentive. Wi-Fi very unstable. Basically, this hotel works fine if you need a place to sleep, but it doesn't offer any luxurious touches that would make you want to spend more time inside. Very pity because the building has potential. But the price is fair for the offer.
My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days at this establishment. The room service was impeccable, efficient, and discreet. The pool and its surroundings invite you to relax and unwind with an exceptional view. The bar offers a variety of excellent snacks. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location is ideal, and the private parking, equipped with an electric charging station, is very convenient and appreciated.
Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again.
The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving.
Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect.
Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding).
The room was very cool and the room was very cool.

A few recommendations:
1. Great location! Enjoying breakfast in the restaurant, you can look out over the arcades, and the Duomo is about a 10-minute walk away. These two points are very convenient for the Duomo, a popular destination for gypsies. After breakfast, you can grab your phone and head to the Duomo to avoid backpack theft.
2. The free minibar is very well stocked, and we even had a welcome drink delivered to our room! However, this might have been due to our late arrival and the awkward communication regarding the shuttle bus.

The room was very cozy and the toiletries were nice. The front desk attendant would take the guests to the room and ask if they were satisfied. Because I had to catch an early flight and didn't have time to have breakfast, the front desk was very considerate and sent me some cookies.
It's not too far from Milan's city center, but it's a bit off the ZTL, making it convenient for a car trip.
The metro is right next door, making it convenient to use.
As it's an older building, the facilities are a bit dated, but the newly renovated rooms are decent. However, there's a slight smell in the hallways.
There's a parking lot right behind the hotel, and you can park for €2 per hour with a hotel-issued voucher.
The breakfast was also adequate and good.

It was my first trip to Milan. The hotel was not far from the central train station and CBD. There was a Michelin restaurant on the first floor. The room was elegantly decorated and the overall experience was good.

There was a problem with the hotel when booking, and Ctrip quickly solved it. I have to say that Ctrip's service is really good.
The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the subway and Milan Cathedral, which is very convenient.
The disadvantage is that there is a construction site at the door, and I was woken up by the footsteps in the corridor in the morning

Very satisfied, the room has a balcony, very comfortable. The uncle in the bar downstairs is very nice. I bought a bottle of white wine, not only helped to open the bottle, but also lent me an ice bucket and wine glass, and sent me snacks.
Very Good

Great
GGuest UserFirst time in Milan, great location, big, clean, well designed room, delicious meals ordered in the room, impeccable service! I was sick and the hotel was able to call a doctor to the room, and it seemed that they only charged me 250 euros (I didn't pay attention to the bill). When you are away from home, the sense of security provided by the hotel is very important! Living here is the best choice when coming to Milan! Highly recommended!
GGuest UserMilan is generally average
I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate.
First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂
The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy.
The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.
GGuest UserA good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.
GGuest UserSuper good location for us , walking distance to Milan Centrale & sightseeing bus stop,
It’s not a new building, but still good maintenance ,
We did comfortable staying
GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20.
Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend.
The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots.
One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.
SSergey SeninThe hotel is good, new, service is not bad. Breakfasts were good, dinners not so much. Of the minuses, one can highlight the serpentine road that you have to overcome every day to get to the place, it is about 20 minutes from the lake.

NNina ZeynalovaVery beautiful place in the mountains, what air there 🤍 Hotel is crazy beautiful. Yes, the rooms are not very new and the design is possible, but it gives it a charming. The restaurant where breakfast is going on is something unrealistic. The breakfast is delicious. The terms that are included in the accommodation are also great. Happy hour by recording, also included in the accommodation - serve snacks, small Swedish table, sparkling, beer, alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktail. Thank you to the hotel, for our holiday. I dream to return 🙏
CCChuanyouceIt’s my first time in Milan, and I really recommend this hotel for its cost-effectiveness.
First of all, the hotel is very new and in the city center. Almost all attractions can be reached on foot or by public transportation in 10 minutes.
The hotel is not big overall, but it is well equipped and the service is very enthusiastic. Although the room is small, the bed and supplies are very comfortable, and basically all your needs are met.
The hotel is good, especially there is a small bookstore, connected to the breakfast restaurant (actually it is also a small bar, very nice for taking pictures)
There aren't many breakfast options, but the taste is still very good. Each person can order a main dish. I stayed for 3 nights and chose different ones, all of which were delicious.
In addition, you can get fruits, cookies and lemonade at the front desk.
