5-Star Hotels in Piedmont, Italy

It’s just not good, it’s too good for vacation. The room is perfect. The entire corner of the manor is very clean. Although the front desk has a strange accent, it is a very reassuring resort hotel. The little castle just happened to have a wedding. It took a very nice and quiet day. Everything is very good, breakfast is not much, but it is delicious. The set menu of 70 euros for dinner is recommended. In addition to the location, there is no great scenery. The hotel is very good.

Villa crespi is absolutely beautiful!  And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year!  The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat!  But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!

Rooms are small and uncomfortable . Restaurant and bistro are not available for dinner on Saturday

Thee landry service ruined my branded jacket, instead of dry clean, they did a normal wash which was very unprofessional. However, the front desk staff was helpful and brought it to the management and issued compensation but the whole process took sometimes. In general, apart from the incident with the laundry , overall stay was pleasant and good location.

The room is great. Walking into the inner building of this hotel is like walking into a Roman palace. The room is very large, with dry and wet separation, good hygiene, and very high ceilings. The room has a balcony, looking at the church opposite. It is very close to all places, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to both the attractions and Via Roma. The location is great! Serviced butler-style one-to-one service. Overall, it is great and worth experiencing. A small suggestion for the hotel is that their gypsum board is a little peeling. If this is done well, it will be more perfect.

Yes, this hotel is definitely a superb 5-star property! I checked in smoothly, left my luggage at their storage, and went out for a walk. When I came back to my room, my bags were already there. I felt a sense of comfort, luxury, and security. Everything was top-notch. I've realized that you shouldn't skimp on comfort – a good night's sleep in a comfortable place is crucial after long days of sightseeing and walking. I definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again next time. I was only there for one night, but I saw and felt everything I needed to... it was incredibly warm and comfortable in every way!

Il est regrettable, alors que l hôtel était presque vide , d’avoir eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. La salle de bain n’était pas du tout fonctionnelle , pas agréable , trop petite. Nous en avons fait part à un membre de la réception qui nous a répondu : oui vous avez raison . Dommage

A very historical hotel that shows its nobility in every aspect. The service staff are very friendly and happy to assist us with our various needs. The view of the room is very good. If the budget allows, I highly recommend it. The breakfast is very exquisite and delicious. In the evening There is also a Band performance. The location is located in the city center. It is very convenient for going to the old town or taking a boat trip to the island. It is really a good hotel. In addition, their swimming pool and spa facilities are very, very good. Remember to go Go enjoy ♥️

Overall was a good stay. breakfast could be more various. would be goos to have more amenities in the room and bathroom. The Michelin star restaurant was tasty.

The stay experience was very satisfactory. The hotel environment is warm and tidy, the rooms are very carefully arranged, the beds are particularly comfortable, making people sleep well. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and will patiently assist when encountering problems. The hotel is very convenient to eat.
