5-Star Hotels in Sardinia, Italy

Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands . Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic. Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase… That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these. For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services. Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade.

Excellent hotel! Great location! We checked in 5 hours early! At 8 am! And plus they treated us to breakfast! The spa is wonderful! The service is great! The bed is very comfortable! Cleaning 2 times a day. In 5 minutes they will bring everything you need to your room. The only thing was that there was no bath salt. They forgot to turn on the heating regulator when checking in.

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great luxury hotel for family. Room is clean and well maintained. Jacuzzi was easy to use. Nice sea view from the balcony. Hotel pool was well kept (though bar food is very expensive), warm all day long. Frequent shuttle bus to the private beach area. Very safe and has all the facilities you need. Amazing breakfast, with high end bakery, meat and fruit selection. Can't wait to return.

Little wonderful place on a hill in the countryside. Staff is amazing and tries to fulfill all your wishes. Highly recommend also the food in the two restaurants. The chef is a magician and knows what he is doing.

We would have expected more for a 5-star hotel. The floor around the pool bar always looked dirty due to old stains from the dates in the palm trees. For the price I paid, I would have expected at least the soft drinks in the room to be free, instead of charging a whopping 6 euros for them. The prices are far too high overall. A cocktail served in a martini glass cost 18 euros! Dinner buffet per person 65 euros WITHOUT drinks, far too much, at least soft drinks and maybe a table wine could have been included. Breakfast was the same every morning. We know from 4-star hotels that there is also, for example, a glass of prosecco for self-service - unfortunately not here. The evening program (music) was always too loud for the small area and the number of guests present. In the room we missed hooks to air out worn clothes, and a line or clothes rack for wet swimwear would have been nice on the balcony too. Even in our current 4-star hotel there is a small clothes rack on the balcony! Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Our stay was simply wonderful overall – we felt completely at home and would return anytime! The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, impeccably clean, and above all, incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property also appears very well-maintained, new, and stylish. The underground parking directly at the hotel was also a big plus for us. The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards – and absolutely decent even compared internationally. We had no complaints here. We were particularly impressed by the private beach with its accompanying beach club. The beach itself is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the entry is pleasant and straightforward. In our opinion, the location is one of the best on the island – especially for sunset views. Many people from the surrounding coves gather around the beach to watch the sunset, so it can get quite lively there in the evenings. In contrast, the private beach club is much more relaxed. The beach is about a three-minute walk from the hotel, so you don't really need the shuttle. Nevertheless, the buggy service is, of course, very convenient and a nice addition, especially with beach gear. Although we were told at the hotel that there were only a very few free sun loungers for hotel guests at the beach club in September, we had no trouble finding an available one on each of our visits. Alternatively, there are also very nice daybeds for about €70, which we therefore didn't need to use. If one were to look for a small suggestion for improvement, it would be the consistency of service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and were very attentive and courteous. Others also did their job very well but were a bit more factual and less warm. This is explicitly not a negative point and did not affect our stay at all – as a small piece of feedback for further optimization, a bit more consistency here might be nice. The hotel's location was perfect for us: by car, you can reach the city, numerous restaurants, and the harbor in about 5–10 minutes. At the same time, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, and with the private beach, you have a real highlight right on your doorstep. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful stay for us. Five stars and a clear recommendation – we would definitely come back!

Location incantevole! Le recensioni non gli rendono giustizia! L’hotel è praticamente il cuore di Poltu Qualtu per chi ha la fortuna di alloggiarvi. Gode di una vista fantastica da ogni lato, dalla piscina si ammira il panorama che contrasta tra il bianco della struttura alla parete rocciosa che si trova di fronte.Dal ristorante della colazione ed anche dal Tanit, il panorama cambia e ci si ritrova direttamente sul porto, piccolo e intimo. Lo staff è sempre cordiale e disponibile. È stato un soggiorno magico!
