Upgraded to Junior Suite, breakfast is excellent, the farm-to-table philosophy truly shines here. However , at dinner , while the atmosphere and service were exceptional, I found the steak to be a bit underwhelming. That being said, the staff were very attentive and sent ice cream to our suite. I’m sure this was just a one-off and I would still consider returning for another dishes in the future.

Very good, it is an old five-star hotel. It is better if you choose a room facing the sea view. The hotel is very close to the ancient city. It is a five-minute walk and there is a parking lot at the door. It is very convenient.

On Christmas Eve, influenced by the famous American travel writer Rick Steves, we went to Ortea. The small island of Ortea is one of the most worthwhile places to stay in Sicily. Beautiful scenery, neat and clean. Many high-quality Sicilian seafood restaurants fill the island. Ortea Luxury Palace (Ortea Luxury Hotel) is well-deserved, with first-class location and facilities. The hotel staff also have a good service attitude. They are warm and generous, responsive to all requests, and have an excellent impression.

The hotel is located close to the bustling area, although the entrance is in the alley but the transportation is convenient. The hotel room is large, the breakfast is rich and delicious, there are a variety of novel coffees to taste at the bar on the first floor of the hotel, we tried barley coffee, very interesting. In addition, the small desserts given by the hotel are delicious, not too sweet and greasy but the taste is very layered.
In addition, the alley of the hotel is a bit strange, close to the business district and there are photo attractions but there are few people.
Disadvantages: Hotel entrance is not very good

The room is spacious enough. The room was cleaned very well. The breakfast was good. The following are the shortcomings: First, the curtains cannot be drawn at all. Every time, the technician has to move a large ladder to manually close the curtains. Second, the shower head on the top of the bathroom has too little water and the temperature is too low. I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious.

The best five-star hotel in the area, which is right next to the beach and very quiet. The room is small but the bathroom is very spacious. The breakfast is very exquisite and the environment is very good. Parking is free. Wi-Fi is not good enough.

We start with cleaning the rooms and the rooms, I have rarely found such a high level, all ”clean and fragrant”.
The hotel is very well located, is in the centre of Siracusa and within 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful Ortigia.
Highly professional staff, very available and kind.
Breakfast is particularly varied and quality.
The building is a perfectly renovated and refurbished building for the hotel, with few rooms (I think about 15) and common space with the right colors and the right lighting.
We will return and next time we will also dine at the restaurant, which reserves, among other things, 10% discount for hotel customers.

Old money style, convenient location, very close to the main shopping street, many restaurants around, you can walk to the main attractions, there are also grocery stores around, it is also convenient to buy small items. The room is not small, the extra bed is also quite comfortable, larger than the average European hotel room. Everything are also FS standard, the room, BF are good as expect. The view from my room is so nice we can enjoyed the sea at the balcony. Swimming pool and chilling area around cover by D&G so very nice.
