The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. The second time I came to Bishkek, I stayed at the Sofia Chinese Hotel. I stayed here when I came last summer. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know Russian. The hotel has Chinese staff who know Mandarin. Of course, you can also use the translation to communicate with the local waiters. 👉There is free mineral water, tea and coffee. There is a restaurant downstairs. It is not far from the city center and it is very convenient to go everywhere.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

The room is relatively large, the breakfast is rich in variety, there are many Chinese people in the hotel, the location is good, and it is also close to the city center. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will come again next time

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. It is one of the few five-star hotels in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. It is located on the south ring road and is about 4 km from the hotel to the city center. From the hotel, you can easily reach the scenic spots such as Snow Mountain Park on the outskirts of the city. There are Chinese restaurants and hypermarkets not far from the hotel. Shopping and eating are very convenient.
