GGuest UserThe reception was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The room was beautifully spacious and comfortable, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in an ocean-view bungalow, which added a wonderful sense of luxury and made the experience feel truly special.
The amenities were excellent, with a wide range of thoughtful touches that made everything even more enjoyable. This place is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind.
We highly recommend it – without a doubt the best accommodation in the area.

JJMartinhoThe hotel looks very primising in the pictures, beautiful setting and facilities. Unfortunately we were a bit disqppointed on the way it is managed. It looks like the place is abandoned relying on its own structure and pictures.
Pros:
- beautiful setting and location, in front of a beautiful beach.
- rooms are well done, big bathrooms, nice outdoor area.
- faclities have a beautiful decoration, the bar, the restaurant.
Cons:
- cleaning! The resort has a cleaning issue. To the point that we wrote ”clean me” with our fingers on the restaurant toilet mirror, and it was there during our entire stay. Nothing has regular cleaning, spots everywhere, toilets are terrible specialy the poil toilet (see pictures).
- bar drinks are not good. We tried many drinks and juices in all the hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka, and this one we had to give up, drink after drink, juice after juice, were not good at all. Also the drink glasse come very very dirty.
- bar is beautiful but never had any music during our stay. Its a silent empty place, no one uses it... and the bartender usualy is not there which makes it a ghost place.
- service is welcoming but not prepared. For example before you reach the breakfast area upstairs they ask you: ”what do you want for breakfast? So i dont have to go upstairs to ask”, overall staff is tired, not motivated and have no training, they are as abandoned as the hotel.
- spa was closed during our entire stay, because the lady had days off. So we booked a hotel with a Spa that did not exist...you have to be lucky not to book on her days off.
- when at check-out i tried to tell them the place have lots of potential but they need to pay attention to this details they just replied: thank you for your stay, please make us a review on tripadvisor! So they just don't pay attention... which is sad to see. I wish they could change the management and have someone motivated and energic to transform the place into the best hotel in Sri Lanka, because they could be.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing honeymoon stay at Amaya Beach Passikudah. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was prepared to perfection. A special thank you to Chef Dananjaya for his outstanding culinary skills and warm hospitality. The room was beautifully arranged for our honeymoon, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you for making our honeymoon so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

The sea absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed so much the walking on the endless beach. The staff is amazing , made my solo trip so rich of memories and extra care, done multiple activities and I recommend the dinner in the cellar as they have the best cellar in Sri Lanka , and also a must the dinner on the platform in the middle of the sea! A big thanks for the unforgettable memories , they made me live a dream

XXiaoJkuaipaoThe hotel is really special. There is no sign on the door. I thought I was in the wrong place, haha.
Facilities: The sea view room is very good. There is a separate path leading directly to the seaside. There are two showers in the room, and you can also take a shower outside.
Hygiene: On rainy days, some small bugs would crawl into the room. One night, I was scared to death that there was a big bug on the bed.
Service: The hotel has a beach bar, and the food is served very slowly. The Coconut King tastes terrible, so order with caution.

IIrrushkinБольшой отель! Были не в сезон. Но с погодой повезло. Номер достался большой, но в торце корпуса и наш 'якобы” балкончик представлял собой два стула на грязном куске бетона, причем за пляжным туалетом. Так как мы были 2 ночи, не стали возмущаться. Сначала положили два полотенца - остальные пришлось просить. Завтраки хорошие, так как много пакетников, то пообедать самостоятельным туристам в ресторане это целое приключение - отдельный заказ вводит персонал в ступор и ждать супер долго. Развлечений в отеле вечерами мы не застали. И в округе ничего нет. В шаговой доступности 1 ресторан (на 3+) и все. Если бы мы приехали сюда больше чем на пару ночей я бы была расстроена - честно. И это мы были на машине, могли самостоятельно доехать хотя бы до супермаркета. Кальян в отеле не берите - он ужасен.

GGuest UserОтличный отель. Стильный, чистый, хорошо оснащённый номер. Есть всё необходимое: холодильник, чай, кофе, чайник, фен. Ежедневная уборка в номере, регулярная смена полотенец и постельного белья. Отдельное спасибо за отличный сервис парням, которые проводили уборку в нашем номере Jerom и Kajanthiran.
У отелях красивая территория с шикарным бассейном. Есть тренажерный зал и игровая зона, бар. Отличный чистый пляж. Пляж каждый день убирают. Всегда доступны хорошие лежаки с мягкими матрасами и пляжными полотенцами. Вежливый персонал на пляже и в пляжном баре.
Завтраки обширные, есть блюда на любой вкус. Национальная и европейская кухня. Огромное количество выпечки, вафли готовятся по вашему желанию. Всегда свежие сезонные фрукты.
Ужин тоже разнообразный, есть как базовые блюда так и ”блюда дня”. Это могут быть морепродукты на гриле, свинина, кальмары во фритюре. Разные национальные блюда такие как ротти или котту. Отдельно можно поблагодарить официантов Sudesh и Kalum, они были очень внимательны и дружелюбны. На ужине из напитков предлагается вода, остальные напитки по меню (как во всех остальных отелях).
Отель старается разнообразить каждый ужин приглашая разных артистов для создания уютной атмосферы.
Одназчно рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. При возможности выберем его снова!
