I had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, well equipped, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. I particularly appreciated the excellent hospitality and attention to detail throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would happily recommend Pan Pacific to others.

I was first time visited ^4day There is a television in the room that supports Korean channels. The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff... frendily ^ Buffet restaurant is big size nice, Every day menu changed^ The menu includes beef, fruit ,fish, salad, fancy bread, soups,freshly made waffles, pancakes, and noodles... it's delicious. Machine coffee ☕️ good^ I recommend it^

I had a very good stay at Melia Yangon. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The lobby is big and beautiful, creating a great first impression. My room was very clean with a nice view, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast was tasty with many good options to choose from. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangon.

Breakfast under the wide verandas, with tropical birdsong in the background, is especially memorable. Afternoon cocktails by the pool or an evening meal by candlelight evoke the romantic grandeur of a bygone era. Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

Location of the property is opposite to Myanmar Plaza shopping mall. It would be great if the size gate of the property could open for guests to walk a shorter distance to the mall. Service staffs were very friendly, especially Lenna who was very efficient during the check-out process and responded professionally to queries. Breakfast at D’Cusine was average needs improvement. There is also a Japanese Restaurant and a Korean restaurant for dining within the property. Swimming pool is excellent especially for family with kids. Club at basement played good music. Take note of age group and dress code requirements. Overall highly satisfied with the stay at this property.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel for my business trip. The lobby was clean and grand, and the staff were professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. The room was spacious with excellent natural light, and spotlessly clean. The mattress was just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The internet was stable, more than sufficient for work, and there was 24-hour hot water. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and complete amenities, yet it's quiet and not noisy, making it ideal for business travelers. Overall, the experience was comfortable and hassle-free. It's definitely worth staying here again.

First time staying here for a business trip, and my overall impression is: the facilities are quite new, the environment is good, breakfast is plentiful, and it offers great value for money. Plus, there's no traffic congestion, making it convenient for getting around and to the airport.

After reading George Orwell's 'Burmese Days,' I had a spontaneous idea to visit Myanmar for a few days. Then I found out that The Strand Hotel, one of Asia's three heritage hotels, the 'Pearl of Southeast Asia,' and the oldest hotel in Southeast Asia, had reopened! It was perfect in my eyes: 1. **Reasonable price**; 2. **Great location** (right by the Yangon River, next to the Rosewood Hotel, and just a 10-minute walk from the Sule Pagoda in the city center); 3. **Rich history and countless literary references**; 4. **Its experience of closing due to civil war**; 5. **Excellent drinks and delicious food** (even the late-night snacks were good); 6. **Proficient English speakers among the front desk, restaurant, and bar staff**; 7. **Exceptional service**.
