Seng TatThe hotel is quite clean and nice.
I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice.
However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used.
For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering.
For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue

Anonymous UserThis is a large and luxurious hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. Some of the furniture in the room seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh. Overall, it's a great value for money hotel, and I'm satisfied.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sunway Resort Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Sunway Lagoon Water Park, which made getting to the rides and slides easy and fun for the kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of either the lake or the park, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options across its numerous restaurants, and the room service was quick and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily, and the public facilities were clean and family-friendly.
This hotel is an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of comfort and entertainment. The service was professional and friendly, and the staff were always ready to help. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a pleasant and comfortable stay with their children.

MarsDewThe room is a bit dusty. There is a sofa bed in the room but it is not set up by default. If you need an extra bed, there is an additional charge of RM98. The hotel will then prepare the sofa bed and provide extra bed sheets, pillows, blanket, towels and toothbrush. The RM98 charge also includes breakfast for one person

Anonymous UserThis is a very new hotel, located in the city center, and it doesn't take much time to get to the attractions. The pool is beautiful, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The only downside is that we originally booked two rooms, but the hotel arranged them on different floors, which was very inconvenient. We ended up having to pay extra to upgrade our rooms to be on the same floor. But even then, they were at opposite ends of the hallway, east and west.😅

JayceHOur room was good (though the bed side was spotted with a used bandage on the ground and under the bed were visibly dirty and dusty when we were looking for a missing sock), otherwise the food and service at Charcoal restaurant were great! But when it came to the pool area, that was a different story. There were hardly any sunbeds, super few. When we asked where we could put our stuff, they basically shrugged. Naturally, we were pretty annoyed and very unhappy – did they seriously expect guests to just dump our belongings on the floor if there weren't even any seats or tables provided? We asked for just a chair, whatever at that point, to just leave our belongings. Still no action. We asked the manager. Waited 10-15 mins then luckily a couple stood up and left, finally some place to leave out things. When the manager showed up I told him how dissatisfied we were, and he said he'd pass it on to management. But guess what, the very next morning, we went back, and it was the exact same situation. All the sunbeds were taken, and nowhere to put our bags. Nothing changed. For a 5-star hotel, you'd think they'd sort something out when guests are left with no options. But nope, nothing was done then, no effort at all to even help find a chair. Plus, that place itself could easily fit another 15-20 sunbeds, spaciously. We didn't understand the reluctants of being stingy on providing enough seating for hotel guests.

Anonymous UserPutrajaya Marriott Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, with spacious rooms, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection is good, and the hotel’s resort-like setting makes it suitable for both family trips and business stays.
Overall, it is a solid choice in Putrajaya if you value comfort, good hospitality, and a quiet environment. A few guests may experience minor delays during busy periods, but the stay is generally enjoyable and worth recommending.

Md AshariWe’ve stayed here few times and every time it’s not a disappointment. Love the hotel rooms, breakfast spread the amenities, shopping and the convenience of having everything under one roof. The journey from airport to hotel and vise verse wasn’t that long. Took about ~40mins with good traffic. The grab price still manageable. The breakfast was immaculate. The rooms is spacious and the stuffs are helpfull. All in all LOVING IT.

Pros:
The room comes with a balcony, great for enjoying the views and taking sunset photos.
There's a garden downstairs for walks, and the air is very fresh.
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water are provided, and the cleaning staff are very efficient.
The hallway is relatively quiet, and the service is excellent.
There's a golf course, perfect for those who enjoy playing to pass the time.
Cons:
The overall room decor is a bit dated.
There's no overhead light; lighting relies solely on floor lamps and bedside lamps.
It feels a bit like an older 4-5 star hotel in China.
The shower is in a bathtub, which can be slippery.
Upon check-in, they requested a 250 MYR deposit plus a 'tourism tax' of 7 MYR per night.
I've stayed in many hotels in Malaysia, and this is the first time I've been asked for a deposit and this particular tax.
Tips:
Bring your own slippers.
The central air conditioning is very strong, so you might want to bring a long-sleeved pajama top.
The front desk informed me that check-out takes 15 minutes (first time I've encountered such a long wait; I was a bit emotional during the interaction, but it ended up being processed in less than 5 minutes. Still, I recommend allocating sufficient time).
I wouldn't specifically book this hotel again unless it was for convenience to UKM.
